Wickes - Hall Green Reviews 

Today I was served by Alicia and Aaron and I must say their professionalism was exempt and they were exemplary examples of good stuff, they were polite, courteous and professional a great asset for Wickes!

Would like to thank Steven, Sammy, Eva and Heather for how helpful they have been with sorting my kitchen.
Heather also brought us some water when we were feeling the heat in the store. Thank you much

If I could give Wickes no stars and still leave a review I would do. Firstly after booking the appointment over 2 weeks ago they changed the time of it without even asking me. Then when the day of the appointment came no one showed up and I got an email 10 minutes after the appointment was due to start to say they were too busy and would need to change it to a different date.

Such poor customer service and has made me not want to use Wickes now so have reached out to other companies who will actually turn up.

The staff were all amazing at the Hall Green Branch , from the Kitchen designer Ash, Manager Deep, and Manager Eva. Many Thanks to you guys and the rest of the Wickes team.

Ash , went above and beyond to come out measure and design my kitchen in way I could not have imagined. Kitchen has been fitted and any issues along the way they have helped and advised me.

Excellent service with a lovely lady name Eva at the till dealt with my return very professionally and made me feel at ease spoke with kind words went out of her way to help with return

Hailey at the Hall Green branch was absolutely amazing at assisting in the purchase and ordering of our bathroom. She exceeded all expectations and beyond. Thank you for such amazing service and we will be back 🥰

Ash was amazing and helpful

I would like to thank heather and Aruna for the help I received yesterday I was struggling to find the items I wanted these two helped me no end thank you so much

I went in to hall green store. In search of some new flooring for my living room . I spoke to a lovely member of staff Matt who helped me choose the right product . Very knowledgeable and gave great advice . He even arranged delivery for my purchase as I didn't have transport to get it home

I wanted to return some items, as well as a purchase. Unfortunately on a busy Sunday.
The young chap at the till, Harvey, was so helpful and assisted my wife and I. It was a pleasure to be served by someone so young that didnt just give attitude. The whole experience was stress free

I would like to leave a review for Scarlett, who helped me yesterday at Wickes.
Scarlett was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She helped me with all the heavy items, loading everything up and helping unload it into my car as well. She was positive, smiling the whole time, extremely polite, and genuinely helpful throughout.
What stood out most was her work ethic and attitude. Even while others were standing around talking, Scarlett continued helping without hesitation. I even told her to let some of the lads help her, but she politely replied, “No, no, I can do it,” and carried on.
She is a real credit to Wickes and deserves recognition for her hard work, professionalism, and excellent customer service. Employees like Scarlett are the reason customers come back.

I got my kitchen and installation done through wickes hall green, the whole experience was honestly fantastic, my designer was ash khan, he is truly a talented designer, he came up with a unique way to design my kitchen then helped me throughout my journey, the installers were just as good tbf, will be recommending you guys to everyone

Booked an online home appointment for kitchen & bathroom design but the Wickes rep didn’t turn up. I rang up after an hour or so of waiting and discovered he was still in the store meeting another client, totally ignoring our rebooked meeting with which he was aware. He
Couldn’t even be bothered to ring us up to let us know. Rude and totally unprofessional. Told him we’ll take our business elsewhere. I’m really not sure how he has the audacity to blank a customer in this manner.

We were greeted by Ash when we had our appointment to discuss our new project and he suggested amendments to our initial plans that maximised the use of our small footprint kitchen.
The resultant plan layout and images were very detailed and the time frame for delivery was flexible as we were unsure when needed. In the end there was a long delay between delivery and fitting but Ash was on hand to help with our questions.
We had some surplus items that were returned and credited which was very useful in planning stages.
The instructions were very clear and we managed to do most of the building ourselves. Very pleased with the quality. Overall a very pleasant and cost effective experience.

Helpful staff, scarlett was a great help providing me with the correct paint for kitchen cabinets.

We live in Solihull and booked a design visit a few weeks back with Wickes Hall Green branch online. The visit was booked for today 8/2/26 at 10:30am and we recieved a reminder/confrmation for the visit yesterday. However, still waiting and no one has called or cancelled the appointment. Complete waste of our time!

Had a great experience visiting Wickes over the weekend. All the staff were polite and very helpful, especially Steven, who went out of his way to assist me with finding the correct extractor fan.

I visited Wickes over the weekend and was help by kyra who was absolutely lovely.she was so kind and helpful and polite and really took the time to help me.as an older lady it was nice to see such friendly young lady at work.kyra made my visit much more pleasant and is real credit to wicks

I visited the store today and was looking for some information on wall panelling..I spoke to a a young lady . Heather ..she was very helpful and advised me on what I needed and costed my project up for me . Such wonderful service and a credit to the store team ..will Def be shopping at Wickes for future projects .
