We recently had a bathroom designed and fitted by Wickes in Havant. The dessigner Adam did a lovely job and we quickly agreed on all the specifications. Great to deal with a very experienced. The fitter was Jozsef Kosma. Jozsef was absolutely wonderful and made light work of a pretty complex job. He was so helpful and polite. Alweays went the extra mile. Both very highly recommended. We couln't be more pleased.

I recently visited Wickes at Havant several times to purchase laminate flooring, underlay, paint, brushes, compost, and topsoil.

In my experience, a staff member named Tina was exceptional. She was energetic, supportive, and always willing to help customers. While I found some other staff members to be a bit rude, Tina’s service stood out as particularly positive.

The shop itself is quite large, offering a wide variety of stock and plenty of choices. Additionally, there is free parking available, and the overall value provided was good.

Very generous and supportive of Step by Step, donating a new bike shed for the young people we support to use. A HUGE thank you.

My small boy got sick inside the store and Tina made me feel so comfortable. I was really confused me what to do and she helped me all the way. What a brilliant customer service. Wickes in Havant got a loyal customer for life . Thank you.

We had a kitchen designed by Becky.
The whole experience until completion,return of parts not used was a complete pleasure thanks to her support and knowledge . The kitchen is now complete, of high quality and good design. I would highly recommend to anyone buying a kitchen

I can’t praise Wickes enough, particularly design consultant Adam in Havant, for the outstanding service I received in the planning and coordination of my new kitchen. The design, delivery and subsequent installation by Giles and his team at Rowlands Castle Builders, was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and the end result is amazing. I have received so many positive comments about my new kitchen and would highly recommend both Wickes in Havant and Rowlands Castle Builders for the first class high quality service provided. I want to give a shout out to Gary form Wickes Havant. I met him in Waterlooville and wanted a spare part for my Karcher Pressure Washer. Apparently Wickes don't normally carry spare parts but he said there was a part left over from a display at Havant where he normally works. He phoned Havant to check if it was still available and they put it on one side and I collected it the following day - brilliant. He went above and beyond and has got my old Karcher working again, thank you so much.

Adam in the Havant store helped us find exactly what we needed in store, was very knowledgeable on products. And service with a smile- makes a real difference

Had our kitchen & bathroom done via wickes and we’re very pleased with the results, we went with the cheaper “Milton” range, I was surprised as the quality is still decent in my opinion.

Our designer, Becky (at Havant wickes), did a fantastic job and maximised our space. She even managed to fit a dishwasher in without losing any of the original space, which was a nice touch.

The installers that were assigned to us also did a fantastic job, very professional and did it in decent time.

Had an issue with an incorrect item being delivered & an item arriving damaged, which was resolved quickly so not too bothered with that.

Overall very happy with the results and would recommend.

Very disappointed that you can not exchange an online product without having to pay delivery.

Spending on average £600 per month on house renovations yet you would not help swap over a product, Havant branch (Manager?) stated ‘it was your fault for ordering the wrong colour.’ Really?very unhelpful and would not assist as it was an online purchase.

We had our kitchen designed by Adam back in January 2025. Initially we designed it in the original location and Adam was very welcoming, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in doing this. We confirmed and arranged payment options for design and booked a delivery date of April. We then changed our minds and decided to change the location of our kitchen completely within our home (from the front of the house to the back). We contacted Adam who was more than happy to come out to us, measure up from new, and start again with a completely blank canvas. He helped us figure out a design, from the few that we had thought of, and added things that we would never had considered that really worked in the space.

Upon delivery (which went without a hitch) Everything was accounted for and arrived as expected. We were fitting the kitchen ourselves, so it was a challenge but the designed was well thought out and helped with measurements etc. We had a 12mm solid laminate that we never never fitted before, so Adam recommend fitters who would be able to fit this for us (at an extra cost, but that was our decison) they were efficient, knowledgeable and completed the fitting very professionally. We were so please (far better than we could have done).

There were a few snags along the journey. Nearing completion of the fit, we had a damaged fridge freezer door and a damaged filler panel. We contacted Adam who liaised with the customer services for us and the issues were resolved with time, and a bit of back and forth. Adam was more than professional and helpful throughout. Couldn't have asked for more. We have now completed this project, 7 months in the process, and Adam was there every step of the way....he even popped round when we had finished, to see the finished design on person!

We would not hesitate to recommend the Havant Kitchen design team, and particularly Adam. We had such a positive experience and this is what you need when you are spending a lot of money, as it can be a very stressful experience. I have already been spreading the word and telling all who will listen how good an experience we had with the Havant Wickes team, when designing, buying and installing our amazing kitchen. Thankyou we love it 😀

We went to the Wickes In Havant, bringing back a return we had , but couldn’t find a receipt, so the really patient lady on the tills called liz found the purchase we had brought it took a bit of time but she was really lovely and helpful and we had a refund, then we wanted a particular paint mixed and she again was so very happy to help and we now have a really lovely colour on our walls thanks to liz for all her help.

We had our appointment with Becky Carter today at the Havant Showroom. Becky had designed our kitchen so perfectly, she was really helpful with the finishing touches that we all suggested together from sinks to the different tap option we originally went for. She made us feel really relaxed with the whole experience. Thank you Becky.

10/10 we visited the Havant branch and had Becky design us a kitchen we are in love with it and she couldn’t of been more helpful definitely recommend Becky at the Havant branch

Superb fast service as I was in a hurry young man saw the queue and opened the till and called me across superb !

Painted my backroom with paint I brought a while ago and hoped to get the same colour with minimal info. Liz was fantastic and very patient. We searched the system and finally located the exact colour. Thank you Liz you are a star.

Bailey Field couldn't have been more helpful with my bathroom purchases.He explained everything clearly and took the time to check double check sizing.He is an asset to the company. Thanks

We contacted our local store hoping that they would support the project we are working on in the Student Support Centre. We really needed an outside tool storage unit and they were very happy to help.
