Loft insulation with great customer service.
I called in late one evening after 2 rolls of loft insulation. There was only one roll but it was open battered bruised. I asked the guy on the building section who liased with his colleague, and they got me 2 from the warehouse. So i did them a good turn and bought the open roll as well. Mandy and her fabulous team went above and beyond and even gave me a discount on the battered roll, which was very appreciated by myself. Newport store is great you can always get what your after at great prices. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ 💯🙏

I’ve been dealing with Mandy and Jill at Wickes Newport for a number of years now, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough\.
Running a building company means I’m constantly ordering materials, sorting deliveries and dealing with last\-minute changes, and Mandy and Jill have always gone above and beyond to help\. Their knowledge, communication and customer service are brilliant, and they’re always willing to go the extra mile to get things sorted\.
