We went looking for a kitchen for my lad who’s moving into a new house we got an appointment with a chap named Dass Sohal he sorted us out with a kitchen in our budget top man he was if you want a kitchen just call Dass top fella

Jake was fantastic throughout the whole kitchen design process. He struck exactly the right balance between offering his professional expertise and genuinely listening to what I wanted as a customer. I never felt pressured - instead, he took the time to understand my needs and helped shape them into a design that works beautifully. He made what could have been a stressful decision making process genuinely enjoyable and pleasurable from start to finish. I’d highly recommend Jake to anyone planning a new kitchen.

Bought top soil to layer my lawn after reseeding. Loads of broken glass shards and seashells. My lawn has now been ruined. What now WICKES!?!?!?!

I’ve done two click and collect orders in the last week at nottingham store 071. Service has been impeccable both times and today a lovely young black man who had finished his shift went out of his way to serve me and help me take my purchase to the car. Exceptional customer service thank you 😊

Popped into Wickes’ Nottingham Central and received excellent service from Duty Manager, Kristin, and Sales Assistant, Tracey. A real credit to Wickes. Both were extremely helpful when we enquired about a Wickes’ Trade Pro account and placing an order for delivery. Highly recommend! 👌🏻

Jake attended our home to provide us with a quotation for the installation of solar panels. Not knowing any real detail about the product our aim was to gain an understanding of the technology, and to save money on our energy bills. Jake was both personable and professional. He didn't tire of our many questions, and answered each of them proficiently.
The order was placed that day - Considering this as capital expenditure/investment for our home, our hope is that the installation/products and service will meet our expectations, allowing us to see a sizable reductions in our energy bills.

Had an issue with delivery and went to the store and GARY, what a legend, professional and efficient he straight away sorted it and got my items ready to be delivered on the same day . Thank you very much Gary

I do not typically post a review, however, on this occasion I felt it was needed. The professionalism, depth of knowledge and enthusiasm display by a local Wickes design Consultant, Dass Sohal, was exceptional. We would highly recommend visiting Wickes for either a bathroom redesign consultation, which is what we opted on this occasion, or for a kitchen refit without hesitation. Keep up the good work!

We popped into Wicks on a Wednesday and spoke to a lovely gentleman called Jake, he spent lots of time with us and explained everything, when we left we felt happy, 2 hours later Jake was at our house measuring up, and suggesting wonderful ideas, on the Thursday we went back to see him and he had drawn all the plans up which looked amazing, we then proceeded to purchase our dream kitchen, we have never experienced anything like this before and it was a wonderful experience.
