We have been really happy with the service from Wickes. Luca was great at helping us to get the most from our limited space, and we are looking forward to taking the next steps.

We recently had our kitchen designed by Luca at Wickes, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the very first consultation, Luca was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive to our needs and ideas.

He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted from our new kitchen and came up with a design that perfectly balanced style, practicality, and budget. His attention to detail was outstanding, and he offered creative suggestions that we hadn't considered but have made a huge difference to the overall design.

Luca was patient throughout the process, answering all of our questions and making adjustments whenever needed to ensure everything was exactly right. His expertise and enthusiasm gave us complete confidence in our choices.

The final design exceeded our expectations and has transformed our vision into a beautiful and functional kitchen that we are genuinely excited about. On my recent visit to Wickes Oxford I was after some information regarding different kinds of paint. I spoke to the manager Lewis who explained and answered , in detail, all the questions i had. It was much appreciated and highly recommend his advice. Top customer service. 5*

I came into the Oxford branch with an online issue. The staff were all very kind and more than willing to help me.

Luca was absolutely brilliant. He is down to earth, patient and really cares about his customers. He accommodated my late design changes being really supportive as soon as he returned from holiday as his colleagues hadn’t been as clued up when he was away. Added to the fact that he had some excellent design ideas in the first place which inspired me to renovate my kitchen and both bathrooms I am so pleased I had Luca for my design consultant, highly recommend him he is a credit to Wickes!

Online order on 23rd 697509668, was told delivery will be on 25th, delivery didnt arrive after i spent the day waiting in on Monday 25th,
Did not arrive on 26th either so i Rang Oxford store today 27th and was told there were driver problems on the Monday but my order will be delivered today, they really sounded like they could not care less. I then asked for tracking info and a predicted delivery time and was asked to hold. I was on hold for over 25 mins then cut off. NO DELIVERY STILL. APPALLING SERVICE AND ZERO CUSTOMER CARE. 2 DAYS LOST, still no idea when i will receive the goods ive paid for.

We had a really positive experience with Wickes and with our installation team, Red Dragons. We got exactly what we wanted and quickly. Great service thanks all!

We wanted our kitchen units delivered and Sue organised it.

Great service and fast. It did not long for them to prepare for the click and collect.

Just had a new kitchen design completed with Luca. His vision and ideas worked great to fill the kitchen to its best fit. Highly recommend visiting if you are looking for anything designed.

We have had a great experience using Wickes' Community Project service. Michelle went above and beyond to contact our school and provide us with the resources that we need as a small school. Thanks to them we will be able to repaint our classrooms and have guttering for our Early Years setting too. Many thanks!

Probably the best DIY store in the UK and would kick arse if they expanded to Scandinavia!

After tenants went out of their way to destroy the property on the way out and was quoted between 35k and 60k to have the place redone was thinking just walk away from it and sell up. I’m very lucky I have a good set of friends that all said they would help with DIY. Looked at all the big stores and smaller independent shops, Wickes ended up getting most my money 25k which covered new kitchen, pantry, laminated hard flooring in five rooms, all new curtain rails, toilet and sink, eight doors, and a list of equipment that will last a long while, the Botley branch was the main one I went to, great staff always giving good advice and what tools to use, one even gave me a cool YouTube channel to check out for ideas and cost cutting savers. If you want a great company with great deals all the time for your DIY highly recommend Wickes.

Wickes have done a number of bathroom refits for us now, always completed well on time and to our budget. Chris Doughty at Wickes in Oxford did a great job of managing the project, and the installers Red Dragon Home Improvements did a fantastic job and were great to work with too.

I am still waiting for someone to contact me from Wickes ! Appalling experience , when I left a review over a month ago they responded to my review saying someone would contact me about my experience! Just proves they don’t care at all and pay lip service to reviews on this website !! They still incessantly advertise on the radio about how amazing they are

Our Wickes project has gone well, the only issue has been a few items that were in the original plan but then had to be swapped out due to stock availability and one item that was incorrect which slowed things down. Luca, our designer, was really helpful and created a good plan. Red Dragon as our installers surpassed expectations for quality, the end result was better than expected

4 star given cause the delivery of items were not delivered had to be chased up. Very pleased with Red Dragon workers. Worked very efficiently and cleaned up when finished every day very friendly polite and helpful.

Shawna from the Oxford store was the most helpful person ever. She went well above her duties to help us with the order.

Luca was very helpful and realistic in helping us with our bathroom renovation.
He was clear in the next steps after purchasing and on the estimated time scale on the installation of the bathroom itself. He helped us to stick within our budget and was much more helpful and efficient than other competitors. Highly recommend.
