Needed a lot of help with worktops up rights sink and tap Edyta was super helpful and helped organise it all for me
She is a credit to your store.

Quick service and helped out to car by a nice young man-very polite and helpful.

Steven at the till was very helpful and nice.

Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful, excellent service.

Donna was super helpful and knowledgeable finding me the right screws and raw plugs for my project. 😃

Utter usless. Book a delivery date and only part order comes. Who had the good idea to send rest of delivery out to royal mail. What a joke. I have used wickes for many items for my buisness over the years and oh my god how i have watched it fall to bits. No wonder your stores are empty of tradies . Do the weekend diyers kerp you afloat.🤣🤣
Perth store, you have lost a 20 year customer.

I was in for 2 pks of laminate flooring ! When I got to the checkout I was served by Donna ! . Donna was absolutely brilliant and she set me up with a discount card and she also gave me the discount on my purchase. She also helped me to get a trolley. Its a pleasure to be served with such a fantastic assistant .Donna went the extra mile to make my experience and absolute pleasure 11 out of 10 👍

Fantastic service, Staff went above and beyond when I contacted them to help support our local nursery project, Gemma was especially helpful in organising this and explaining how their local community project system works.

Ordered 8 x bags of compost 50l in each bag. Collected from click n collect!
The lady serving made no attempt to make conversation or make any eye contact.
Obviously no social skills?
She led me to a huge barrow with the soil on it and merely said ( there you are).
No other conversation at all!
I said is there any chance that I could have assistance I wouldn’t manage this please! She said all you had to do was ask and grinned sarcastically.
I replied surely seeing the size of my purchase I should have had the offer!
I then had to say so is it possible to get assistance? She smirked and said yes but you will have to wait we’re busy!
The store had around 6 people in and 2 people at the counter who were together!
I said what’s your name? Gemma I’m deputy manager and again smirked! I was so taken aback at her response I said I can see why your deputy manager and I meant it sarcastically!
She made no effort to even acknowledge me as a customer or to try and lighten the conversation! Disgusting behaviour from her ! Who ever interviewed her for this post must have been absolutely desperate for staff!
Professionalism she has none! Her lack of communication and leadership none!
She must drive customers away!
I was merely picking up this heavy load for my neighbour as he is elderly!
Kindness leaves a mark!
I will complain through the proper channel!
Gemma try smiling and reminding yourself lead by example! The other members of staff will look up to you and simply grunt like you at customers!
Keep clear of the Perth store it’s appalling management obviously think it’s okay to be rude to customers who keep them in a job!
I will never enter the store again!
Gemma get some respect and manners!
You certainly fall short on them!

The store is well laid out with lots of products to chose from. When I asked for advice the assistant could not have been more helpful. He went out of his way to investigate what was available in the store and how it could solve my problem. It is a pleasure to buy things here..

Dealing with Donna….An absolute delight to deal with….So warm and helpful….This World needs more like her….

I needed advice and to check on tile availability. I spoke to Edyta at the Perth branch who was excellent, gave advice and checked availability which was excellent as I was going to travel around 50mins to get to the store. When I arrived at the store Edyta had my order already placed on a trolley. 1st class service. Thank you Edyta.
