Wickes - Stowmarket Reviews

Came instore today to buy some proplex sheets i coukdnt find them so spoke to a lady called charleen, she took me straight to them and got them for me as the forklift was there filling shelves up, but the best part of my visit is that the staff was all laughing and joking together and it was just really nice to see, keep up the laughing and joking it makes all the difference.

Our kitchen buying experience with a home consultation and subsequent visits into the Stowmarket store was very good. Abi Davidson was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and made making decisions about buying our kitchen easy.

Just want to say how very helpful Aleesha was in your Stowmarket Branch this afternoon.
Whilst she didn't have what I wanted in store, she quickly found the items in your Martlesham Branch and I'll be doing 'click and collect' tomorrow. I needed these items for a new kitchen from Wickes arriving on Friday week. She also gave me Trade Discount which was most helpful too. Please do pass my thanks once again to her.

Sinead was very helpful checking stock for me and friendly at the till. Thank you! Will be coming in regularly.

Sinead at Stowmarket very helpful and support in creating wickes tradepro sign in

I had a really great experience when I came to get some bits for a job.

I got the opportunity to be served at the till by Charley (I’m sorry if I spelt that incorrectly)
He was an absolute pleasure to talk to and helped me also to setup my business account as I didn’t even realise I was able to set one up.
I honestly think I have never had a better experience anywhere else. Thanks again for everything Charley. Looking forward to the next time I come in store

Very helpful and polite and extremely knowledgeable I was served by Aiyana who was a pleasure to deal with

Aiyana went above and beyond to help me in store today. The paint colour I wanted was only available in kitchen paint… Aiyana helped me find a similar colour in a better product that meant I could colour drench the room - crown easy clean. Thank you 🤩

We needed help buying kitchen units. Aiyana is the one to ask for. Very polite and helpful. A good experience.

A excellent job done by Steve Can't ask for anymore, he has made a fantastic job of our bathroom he went above and beyond making it a good
Experience .

I came the the store at Stowmarket to buy some decorating stuff ,Abbie and Stuart were most helpful and very polite ,I would definitely recommend your store .thank you very much .

Such a fantastic team always helpful and the store is always so clean, staff are so friendly we go in now just for the fun laughs and the banter! Duty manager Charleen was amazing so friendly and took us around helping find everything we needed, then added bonus having the burger van in the carpark also.

We went to Wickes to get a new kitchen and bathroom and toilet we had Abi as our Design consultant she was excellent very knowledgeable about the products she went through the whole process and answered all of our questions she took time to tell us everything nothing was too much trouble cannot speak to highly of Abi Wickes are lucky to have her.

Had a wasted trip to Stowmarket. We went in for an appointment for some help with a new bathroom. But as we didn’t ask for a full refit they were not interested and told us it would be too expensive. We obviously didn’t look the part. Even though we could have been convinced to have a whole new bathroom. Big let down and now will go elsewhere

Stuart & Rhys helped myself and my bestfriend finding paint , they took the time to speak through different paints and were so kind and accommodating!! Would 100% recommend for any help or queries when trying to decorate you’re homes 💕

#NaturalHessian for the win

Came in on Saturday for a refund and was helped by Charlene who managed to sort it out very quickly, thank you for your help lovely happy staff at this store.

Had a great experience today at the Stowmarket store, my local.
Hosepipe ban forced me to purchase a watering can. After a bloke look I asked an assistant if there are any. Abbie sprung into action with a search outside and then checked her own phone for stock, finding only 1 in stock. Then followed a fab banter and search mission for the 1 in stock. Several minutes later Abbie was handing me the prize watering can. I was also served by Abbie so I can say I got the full customer service. Great service and definitely with a smile, which was much appreciated. Thanks A. Ie and all the best to you 🤗

Just awful, customer service means you have to prove how they have messed up, and still this isn’t enough. Don’t use these clowns, spend your money elsewhere.

i wanting to get some paint mixed up and unfortunately the machine had ran out of black colour the lady who was helping me named sinead popped out the back to see if they have any more left thankfully they did so she topped up the machine and of we went had a lovely conversation with her and also spoke about the solar system that wickes sell as i’m due to have my system updated and was having a shop around she was very helpful throughout the whole process and even helped sign me up to the wickes pro account as i’m a regular shopper at this branch and she mentioned it would help save some money over time i can’t thank her enough she was very happy to help and answered any questions i had

I would like to share my experience at Wickes Stowmarket, particularly highlighting the service provided by the staff members, especially Stuart.

During my visit, I found the store to be well-organized and stocked with a wide range of products. The layout made it easy to find what I needed.

Stuart stood out for his exceptional customer service. He was knowledgeable about the products and eager to assist with any questions I had. His friendly demeanor made the shopping experience much more enjoyable. I appreciated his patience as he helped guide me through my choices, ensuring I found exactly what I was looking for.

Overall, my experience at Wickes Stowmarket was positive, largely due to the helpfulness and professionalism of the staff, particularly Stuart. I would recommend this store to others seeking quality products and excellent customer service.
Best regards.
