Wickes - Sutton Reviews 

Terrible experience sadly. Ordered a kitchen installation with multiple delays, wrong item and delayed deliveries, poor installation and mistakes by subcontracted builders. Been waiting almost 1.5 years now for a kitchen to be completed which was supposed to be done in 4-6weeks at best.

Staff were kind but very slow and delayed in response with loading with other departments to get the job done.

Very unhappy as I thought this was a straightforward job. Would advise others not to get installation done by wickes but the kitchens themselves can be bought with little to no hassle.

I am local to the Sutton Surrey store, and can honestly say I have never had a bad experience there. They will always help, asking me themselves, if they can’t they send me on the right direction.
I am in the process of getting a new Kitchen fitted. I arranged with Angela to come and do the plan etc. She was polite, professional and very helpful. It felt like I’d always known her !
I consequently ordered the said kitchen after (on my part) lots of questions and some changes. Unfortunately Angela was off work for a short while so I was helped by Tara, equally polite professional etc. Then during Angela’s absence Emma took the reins….again all of the above !
They have helped me above and beyond, and I can’t express my sincere gratitude enough, exceeding my expectations!!
Thank you Wickes for your staff selection process, and the retention of them, they clearly enjoy their jobs.

I want to leave an excellent review for Tracy at Wickes Sutton. Her customer service was genuinely outstanding, she was patient, understanding, and extremely observant, and she made the whole experience feel easy and pleasant.
What really stood out was her attention to detail: on one occasion I had a damaged item on my trolley and Tracy noticed it straight away before I even said anything. That level of care says a lot.
She’s a very nice lady in general polite, approachable, and simply nice to talk to. Tracy is a huge asset to Wickes, and I really hope management are aware of the standard she sets. Thank you Wickes and Tracy.

Managed to get everything I needed to start a new job, my first as a self employed decorator. Was pointed in the right direction by one member of staff, who knew exactly where things were, making the shop quicker.

And then the amazing Tracy, set up a trade account for me in what felt like seconds, explained everything, & in a friendly yet efficient manner, with the pressure of customers behind me! Of which, none minded waiting, you don’t when you’re about to be served by someone who clearly has the knowledge!
More than service with a smile, was already nervous about the big impending job I had to undertake, and Tracy put me in a great mood, hats off.
Oh, and I should mention, the products were all perfect too, but I knew that as I’ve used most of them before.
Will happily be returning asap, & I hope Tracy’s working that day! 😊

Easy, quick and efficient. Big up Angela, sorted it out

It was a Sunday, I purchased the wrong light bulbs, when I realized it I went back to the shop and Zack assisted me in a very polite way, with a welcoming attitude. Although I caused the issue Zack didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all, on the contrary he resolved the problem with no hesitation. I got the right bulbs. Zack is a gentleman to recommend. Excellent customer care!

Sam at the Sutton Branch always goes the extra mile. His customer service is fantastic, he is polite and courteous and helped me with heavy goods that without the help I wouldn’t have been able to purchase. As a result I purchased two keter sheds which he helped me load . He is an asset to the company and should have his efforts recognised.

Great local branch, always well stocked with what I need for the job. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Special mention to Tracy who consistently delivers excellent customer service — always friendly, quick to help, and makes the visit easy. I'm in regularly as a trade customer and it's the reason I keep coming back.

Very helpful- Oliver took the trolley to the van. A lovely, polite young man.

I needed some help and Lewis was most helpful making sure the item was all there and nothing missing .
And went out of his way to to find it for me that was the Sutton branch.

The team at Wickes were incredibly helpful and efficient and showed a genuine willingness to support us and our project.

Visited Wickes Sutton for the first time today to get washing machine parts. I was struggling to find the right ones when Paul came over to me and asked if he could help. He found what I needed. Really friendly guy. Thank you.

ZACK B is exceptionally polite and helpful and sees things through to ensure nothing is missed. Zack has good product knowledge which is essential and actually what can stokers need, This is common with B and Q. It would be helpful if all staff had product knowledge and manner like Zack.

Tracey at the till is amazing! I come to this wicks almost every day and she Brightens up morning and is always super friendly and great customer service. She is a great asset you your team down at the Sutton Wickes.

Went to the Sutton store with a vague idea of what we needed and Paul was really helpful and found us a couple of different options. Great customer service.

I came into the store on Friday and was greeted by Tracy at the till. She saw my confused state and asked me if I was ok and if I needed help. That really put a smile on my face. Explained that I am trying to organise myself to get my kitchen cleared for refurbishment and she suggested storage boxes. I bought them and it was the best thing ever. My wife was really grateful for the suggestion. She is an asset to your store
