Excellent company, helpful with excellent products.

This was the fifth blind I have purchased from Wilson's, always top quality and a pleasure to fit, great blinds, great customer service 👍👍👍

Ordered 5 blinds for a conservatory. Had stacking and controls on different sides. All arrived perfectly packaged and labelled individually so very easy to match. Had no problems fitting them and all work perferctly.

I've had them put up and they look fantastic.
They are not heavy duty wood, but my ones in living room from the same were put up 9 years ago and are in great condition.

This is the second time I have bought from Wilson’s Blinds and frankly I would do so again. Their service, workmanship and communication is excellent and I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone, and in fact have done so quite a few times - people always ask where my blinds are from.

Nice blind - shame it wasn’t made to our supplied width measurement! Being nearly 1cm short, a bit of inventive packing was needed. However we are pleased with the overall blind

It was a straightforward web site. Easy to order. I was given an estimated date and the Venetian blinds arrived on that date.
They look brilliant at the windows. I chose warm white which is lovely .

Not my first time using Wilson blinds, but now I feel let down by them. Don’t get me wrong, Lovely product and this time we got the ‘sure fit’ insurance. we thought it was lucky we did as the blinds were tight, needed 5mm off. customer service sent me the link to activate my ‘sure fit’ insurance, I set up the new order and called as instructed. I was then was told I had to pay an additional amount £28 odd. Confused I asked why, I was informed My blinds no longer had the discount they previously had online and now I had to pay full price. I used Wilson blinds as I thought it was a good deal. I advise, always read the small print and think twice before adding the ‘sure fit’ insurance .. I will not be using them again now.

Love them. Not to long to wait for them to arrive. Easy to install. And what a difference they make to the rooms. Surprising how much light they let in. Can't wait to order for upstairs.

Got my first blinds from here an now just updated them brilliant service affordable an fast delivery would go any where else for my blinds

I ordered slated blinds they came within 5 days, were easy to put up and fitted brilliantly. Wilson blinds were recommended to me and I'll certainly be using them again

Ordered 2 Venetian blinds on Sunday pm. Realised soon afterwards I had made an error on measurement, could not contact anyone Sunday pm but sent email. Phoned first thing on Monday (as soon as phone lines opened) to be told it was too late to cancel! Seems very unreasonable, I can’t believe production had started within first 15 minutes of the day…? Allowed me to order correct size at a good discount but I was still £60 down. Initially refused my request to speak to a manager which is very poor practice.

EDIT: later received call from complaints dept and agreed to refund £60 so I’m now happy. Pity this wasn’t done on first call…
