We were supported by Sarah Wareham who made the experience super easy and stress free! We were always kept in the loop throughout the process and we had a great viewing of the flat with them! They didn’t even manage to get my contract right so I lost a lot of money. Find terrible tenants who are rude and aggressive. When I complained I was told the fact that as they did not manage the company is not their problem. These matters had no bearing on whether they managed the property. They have a duty of care and they simply do not care. When I finally spoke to someone, One thing was said over the phone another then rescinded when asked for action. This company was a financial loss to me and a threat to my safety. The response to the above is nothing but excuses. I would NEVER use this company again. All smiles in the beginning, but when there is a problem, no return emails or phone calls. 

I get marketing letters through the post directly addressed to me despite not having an account with them or having ever heard of this company.

What a waste of paper.

Chris and the rest of the property management team have been super helpful during the renewals process on one of my properties. Their proactive supportive guidance and speed of getting things across the line was both reassuring and helpful during a process that required a quick turnaround. Very friendly and accommodating staff especially Sarah and Jake who made the whole process simple and stress free to find our amazing new flat.

These people operate on a disturbingly arrogant way for recipients of their bulk mail.
They blanket junk post unsolicited junk mail to all properties in an area addressing the occupant as "Dear future landlord" - as if they have knowledge that one is likely to let one's home.
When trying to get off their mailing list, the office number given (0203 030 8413) goes direct to a voice mailbox which is full and cannot accept any messages. So then when trying the mobile number given in the letter the agent is out on business and too busy to deal with the matter.

Arrogant public nuisance.

We’ve had a great experience with Winchester White. Sarah especially in the Wimbledon office has been fab organising our new home from the initial viewing right through to the contract negotiation and final details for move-in day. Highly recommended!

Alessandro was absolutely the best agent we have interacted with while we were in the process of finding an apartment to rent for short term in London. He has been very helpful, professional, available for explanations and to show the apartments, responsive and very kind

I arranged a viewing via Winchester White and met Alessandro the agent at the property.
He was so knowledgeable and professional and answered all my questions with detail and for someone who had not rented for a long time, there were many!
Once I had made the offer, Alessandro led me through the next steps which were seamless resulting in me being ‘good to go’ within 4 days!
