Very nice overall experience I would recommend to a friend

Wingspan has been an efficient and effective payment software. Both reliable and accurate in making sure commissions are paid timely and accurately. I love that wingspan sends us a notification on the amount to expect 3 days prior to payday!

The company I work for uses Wingspan. I have no choice on how I receive my pay. It's now Dec 24th, yes, Christmas Eve, and I still don't have my pay from the pay period ending Dec 15th. It seems each step has at least a week to week and a half delay before our money is passed on to the next phase of processing. I can only think it's because each process creates interest off of our money for them. Of course, we can have a virtual card or have the amount quick deposited on our debit card with additional fees. They have every angle to take more and more of our money. I'm quitting the job I have due to this payout system. I'm questioning how legal and legitimate this is.

The process is actually really easy and I got everything set up quickly. My only issue was that it showed a “connection issue” several times, but I could get to other web pages just fine. I also couldn’t get through the initial prompts on my phone and had to move to my computer and actually use an incognito browser to get everything entered.

So far so good. I added my bank account to my payment area, and even though I didn't click instant pay my pay is in my bank account very quickly, even with the holidays. Only thing I wish you would offer, is multiple pay out areas, so like 75% to one account and 25% to another. Would help with savings.

Wingspan makes it easy to submit and receive invoices for my 1099 employment. The dashboard is easy to use and the flexible payment options are convenient.

Support team is trying their best.

I will say the support team here is very small, with that said everyone that I interacted with was professional and went out of their way to look into my issue.

I previously wrote that they messed up my instant payout, this is only partly true. While I set the incorrect card as my instant payout I had no way of knowing this since I was only able to see the last four digits of my card which it just so happens I have two cards with the same last four digits unbeknownst to me.

Wingspan is a small company trying to grow and with that comes growing pains.

I am enjoying the services from Wingspan so far. They keep me up to date with any information regarding their services and notifications. I appreciate them letting me know when my payments are on the way. This is a great service I would recommend.

As a part-time employee whose pay is encounter based, we only get paid for no-shows if you have completed 40 patient encounters for the month. In the previous system, I was able to count exactly how many encounters I had completed as I went along to determine if I needed to add more encounters by the end of the month. In Wingspan I am only able to do this after the check has been cut so there is no way for me to determine if I need to change the number of encounters by the end of the month.

This company is a great source for new and senior business. They provide accurate information timely payments.

Wingspan is an excellent payroll platform. They have methods in place to resolve issues quickly; are very prompt and informative; and their site is user friendly and has numerous options for a very interactive method - all in one place. Best of all, they pay promptly.

Wingspan is a great app! It is easy to navigate with no issues. I am able to see my invoices without any difficulties. The design of the website is also good and not too complicated. So far, I don't see the need for any improvements!

Wingspan has made getting paid so much easier. Wingspan transfer my pay into my account as soon as they receive it. That is why I recommend using Wingspan because the fee is minimal for instant deposit into your account.

It has been nice to have all the information in one place. It's easy to navigate and much more up to date than the previous system. It has more options for us and if anything changes, we receive an email or message about it.

Wingspan is easy to log in to and view invoices for payroll. It is easy to navigate and am able to quickly check the status of my pay. Having instant access to my payroll information is so helpful. So far am very happy with the change to Wingspan!

In my account as stated when signing up. The only thing on the invoice that wasn't indicated what the exact hours worked to review.

Wingspan was super easy to enroll in.
I now receive a detailed invoice ahead of my deposit. Really great upgrade compared to the previous system we had in place

It was easy to update my personal information. Didn't have any difficulty navigating Wingspan when I had to update my banking information. I also had navigated the website with ease and pinned it to my favorites since I changed pc. Wingspan also has videos and information on how to help your business with income tax season

Wingspan is very reliable. Always on time and dependable. So far and most importantly, it has been accurate. It is a pleasure to have this as a resource. I highly recommend.
