This Company is a Joke and a Scam. I answer an Ad for a Position in Florida and I take an Assessment Test. Who is Wize-Hire anyway.
The next morning I get hit up with 2 More different people wanting me to take the same Assessment Tests. I called the supposedly hiring Company in Florida and the person who I spoke to acted like he was working from a Home Phone and didn't have any Ideas about this outside job placement company. Do not use this company as it is very shady ran by shady people. Beware of them as I also am reporting them to the BBB.

After many reviewed resumes I hired for the position posted - I enjoyed the freedom of accessing resumes at any moment day or night via automation.

I received a substantial amount of qualified applications and made a hire. It was very easy to post a job and track progress and applications on the mobile app. The only comment I would make is that many candidates did not even have minimal experience in the field of practice for the position. I wish Wizehire could screen or implement a way to sort those out to save us time going through each one. However, I will not take even one star away from this review. Overall experience was great.

I have been in several communications with WizeHire and was told several times that they can accommodate me for my situation. I schedule a call with a coach and it gets flagged by someone who I don't think understands my situation. I then ask for a confirmation phone call and I get no reply. Just wanted to talk to a human to explain my situation. To explain my situation to someone other than the person that doesn't understand. I'm beyond frustrated.

I had been struggling to get qualified applicants in this tight market. with Wize Hire, I was able to generate quality applicants and make 3 important hires.

This service has been a game changer for our agency. Had an abundant amount of candidates and the response was wonderful. I worked with Lily and she has been so helpful.
