Wizehire is great! I've used the other platforms and I was paying for the amount of candidates that applied. One issues was that candidates were not a good fit, but because I was paying per resume, the monthly fees were always much higher than what I am currently paying with Wize Hire. In other words, I was paying for quantity rather than quality. I also love the assessments included in my monthly subscription. I used to pay for these separately, and they were very expensive. I'm glad to say I hired within two weeks and have three really good prospective candidates. Could say a lot more, but you just have to try it for yourself!

The customer care team is responsive and resourceful. The templates and tips are helpful. SEO is a large body of work, so a user will want to learn a bit more about those best practices. And, although it is not clear what rate cards look like by zipcode or region, the dollars invested are worth it. Recommend as a "get in / get out" cost effective solution.

This was the only service that we came across that was able to find us qualified candidates within a few weeks. We had several applicants and hired two folks that fit our needs.

We had our current team use it, and it has been a helpful little tidbit and honestly made the monthly fee seem like a steal!

This is a GREAT tool to find talent. It gave me several candidates in a short amount of time, and the format of the site is easy to use. This is also a great tool specifically looking for talent with in the Real Estate field.

Its not for all industries however the jobs we posted we got a tremendous amount of resumes. happy with the results
