Lack of communication
Placed order at Christmas. Sent two emails to follow up as not received item. Received a response finally to my second email on 15 Jan to advise that I had received a refund as product not in stock. Not sure why I wasn’t advised at the time or given the option to purchase a different colour which I would’ve chosen before refund to secure sale price so I rate based on lack of communication and lack of service. Product is no longer on sale so this is extremely disappointing.

I can’t say enough good things about WOLF jewelry boxes.
