Better communication re shipments
My order arrived in two boxes. The first one confused me as it contained only one of the items I ordered and no paper work saying, for example, box 1 of 2.
Paperwork should always be included with any shipment to keep your customers informed of the status of their orders.
Overall, I love my Wolf items and recommend your jewelry boxes whenever I speak to others about jewelry and storing it safely and attractively.

Nice Jewelry box. Bigger than expected although no place to hang necklaces which is a bummer but plenty of space. There are places to lay necklaces down but I prefer hanging them. First time purchasing online so next time I know what to look for.

Misconstrued Request
After purchasing and receiving an item, it was noticed that the colors did not match the existing winder and had inquired about an exchange in the color orientation. Was only responded to that a return could be made and that return shipping labels would not be provided.
I had not asked about returning, only exchanging the insert to match the winder I have.
