Shipping was fast for a company (that’s not Amazon), convocation was good, shipping /tracking was PRECISE- down to the hour and minute and showing where the delivery truck was on day of delivery, the package was packed VERY well, attention to detail was there, overall I’m very pleased with my experience.

I have the X-Large blk jewlery box with double locks and for the life of me, I have no idea what the flat leather flaps are for that’s in some of my drawers.please tell me and even a pic would be great. They said they delivered my item and…
They said they delivered my item and didn’t. I had to go back and forth through 4-5 emails for them to finally realize the item wasn’t shipped. I still haven’t been notified when the item is coming. I was so excited to get my watch winder and now it’s like what’s the point? I’m hoping they can at least credit me or something to make up for it. I might change my review if they do that.
