Love the craftsmanship of the watch box and my husband loves it

It came in the mail really quickly. Very high quality looks great. A beautiful 'home' for my watch. I was nervous about spending much online but it was packed really securely and triple boxed for support.

I purchased a lovely jewelry box from Wolf based on their excellent reputation. I was so pleased with the quality and craftsmanship that I bought a second, smaller version of the first. The boxes came well packaged and in a timely manner. I was notified about tracking and given updates along rhe way. I'm thrilled with my jewelry boxes and my jewelry looks so fantastic displayed inside them. They finally have a home worthy of their beauty.

Price is too high for the item. Would like more color choices.

The product arrived sooner than expected. I was given the option of requiring a signature and for the value, I chose that option. It was packaged very well in multiple layers to protect the watch winder. The outer shipping box, plenty of packing to keep the product safe. The Wolf box was also wrapped to keep it in perfect condition. The winder was absolutely pristine out of the box. Very happy overall.

I had a very poor experience. I ordered 2 products for a total about of 1,5k euros. The delivery was lost somewhere with the courier. After several messages to the customer service they told me to try to figure out myself how to get the package from the delivery company.
After several attempts I wrote back to them that it should not be my headache and I just want to get my order without additional problems. Then for a week I did not hear anything back.
To make it shorter, I had to chase them for my order without proper support from their side. At the end I requested a refund.
The problem was that it supposed to be a birthday gift, which never happened.

I ordered some replacement cuffs for my winder and they shipped immediately!

I purchased one of their Axis watch winders. The 3 included sizes for cuff. My watch didn't fit any of the 3. I contacted their customer service team and they sent me free of charge another cuff option that worked perfectly.

The website was very helpful in making my decision on which watch winder to buy. I had just recently purchased my first watch, so had almost no knowledge regarding watch winders. The abilty to set the turns per day (TPD) was a big plus for me also.

Several of my watches don't fit on the holder and the ones that do, require being put on the widest mode buckle. This is with the "petite" cushion and if i don't put a cushion on, the watch isn't held tightly when rotating...very frustrating considering the price.

Excellent cuostomer service --- needed a smaller cuff. Delivered ASAP

I cannot say enough about an email to the main company,I was looking to buy some older style winder cushions in extra large size. My winders are old and they no longer make parts for my style unit. The most genuine kindest customer service contact me very quickly and actually located some NOS stock, had it ship from the place that makes them and shipped the pads out today. I think these were the last on the planet but my winders are heavily used and work flawless and now with this companies help I’m good until my custom new safe is built with wolf winders installed in safe to keep my watches all ready for the next adventure. I have nothing but glowing comments for the product and customer service went above and beyond . Yes they cost more than other u it’s but people who buy winders also buy nice watches and why cut a corner and save a couple hundred now, and cost you thousands later when you haven to have the watch serviced from not using it. Live life with style and class, if you have nice watches take care of them with a Wolf winder. Quality pays

Love the Wolf watch winder. Elegant appearance and high quality craftsmanship.

Everything went smoothly with my order but the computer sleeve is ever so slightly too small. Having to return at my own cost unfortunately. I also bought a double winder, which is beautiful, but one of my watches is ever so slightly too big for one of the cuffs and too small for another. Am currently awaiting guidance from customer service.
