bought a wolf off of amazon and it didn't work. bought it directly and it works

The team at WOLF including Alexia went above and beyond. I asked about a product that is discontinued and within a few weeks, they sourced left over parts and I had them on my doorstep. I couldn’t ask for better customer service!

This was the first time I tried this product and I was looking for a quality case and I found it. These are quality products that are finely made.

After buying the 4" Vault and 2 half inserts and the Cover, I bought what I thought was a full tray insert, but I misread and the tray did not fit inside the Vault but on top. This was not what I wanted and so I entered Customer Support request to return the tray. The response from Customer Support took over a week and I'm still waiting for a Form to return the tray. I fully expect to buy another insert and was disappointed in the return policy, where I'm responsible for shipping the return and possible restocking fee. The product placement and description threw me off, and I'm willing to replace the tray with one or more insert trays, but I'm still disappointed in the slow response from Customer Support and the Return Policy. These items are very expensive and I expected higher quality Customer Support.

Best watch winder out there. Expensive, but quality always is. The order was fulfilled within a few days and delivered in nicely packaged box. Great experience overall.

Prompt response, excellent advice

Customer service on the phone was great. When my shipment was delayed, they refunded my 2 day shipping fee. Also, I needed the extra small cuff, they sent it to me free and with 2 day shipping! Very attentive staff!

I have multiple Wolf Winders and have used them for many years. I have a 2007 Rolex Kermit (Green Submariner) that recently went into a Rolex AD for recommended service based on time schedules. The watchmaker at my AD came back out after taking the watch into the back and asked me to tell him about the watch. I immediately thought something was wrong with the watch, but he explained the watch was within Rolex spec and keeping perfect time, and didn't need service really. I told him that specific watch was on a Wolf Winder for the better part of 10 years, unworn as I had other watches that I wore instead. He was pleasantly surprised that after sitting on a winder for that long that the watch was still within spec and functioning perfectly. Truly a testament to the quality of Wolf Winders!

The Wolf website offers a wide range of products that are high quality and meet every need. Attention to detail is an obvious a focus with each of their products. I ordered two travel jewelry cases and I was beyond amazed at the quality and look of each. I will be ordering other items in the near future!

Wolf the best watch winders. Very dependable and high quality. Grade “A” product.

Grosse arnaque. Commande passée il y a plus d'un mois aucune nouvelle du site. Ils ne répondent pas et ils n'ont jamais envoyé la commande. Par contre ils encaissent l'argent. Payé avec klarna, qui ne font rien malgré une soi disant protection d'acheteur comme argument commercial. Honteux !
