The product delivered was as advertised. It was everything we were anticipating.

I’m writing this 2nd poor review in the hopes it will save as many people as possible from this company. This is company is a scam.

I purchased a music box for my wife for Christmas and within roughly 2-weeks the top broke off. I then contacted Wolf to return the product. 3-months after send back the defective product I heard nothing and received no refund. I was forced to recontact them. They had obviously taken no action because at that point they asked if I wanted a refund. Of course I said yes. I was told I’d receive my refund in 5-6 business days. 2-weeks and no refund later, I had to contact them again! The entire time I have been dealing with the poor response rate, condescension, and brush off emails from their employee Laura Macias.

Now I’m stuck in the same loop. This has been going on since January of 2026 with no resolution, and it’s May 1st as if this review.

All I want is a refund and to have this company out of my life forever and yet that’s too much to ask for.

I’ve reported this fake company to the better business bureau for fraud. If you see this post and you want to get a special music box gift for someone special in your life, PLEASE safe yourself and buy from another company! If you choose Wolf, they will send you a cheap product, it will break, and they will lie and never send your money back. Please choose any other company than Wolf!

Swift dispatch great customer service

I ordered a small dynamic cuff (pillow) for my Wolf watch winder. The item was shipped quickly by Wolf; however, after FedEx received the package from Wolf, there were no further tracking updates for two weeks.

I contacted Wolf customer service and received a response within 24 hours. They promptly sent a replacement and issued a refund, which I greatly appreciated.

The replacement was also shipped via FedEx and arrived late. As expected, the product quality from Wolf is exceptional.

I’m giving this a 5-star review based on the product quality and excellent customer service. My only suggestion would be to consider a more reliable shipping carrier than FedEx.

This trunk is so “me’! It’s a very handsome, regal piece which has much more room than I envisioned. The quality is also high with attention to detail; the rubber feet are a great touch. I won’t deny that Wolf’s good name put me on to the line of jewelry boxes. I have zero regrets with my purchase and may even secure another piece from this line in time.

We ordered this as a gift but it needed to be shipped overseas. Your service was efficient, helpful and caring. We truly appreciated your time and attention to detail. Thank you.

The watch case exceeded my expectations. It’s a work of art and I enjoy looking at my collection and overall presentation. Shipping was almost instantaneous. I highly recommend to anyone who values their investment and wants the best way to ensure proper display.

I recieved a double axis winder with storage as an anniversary gift from my wife two years ago. It is beautiful and well built. The reason for my two star review is that both cushion sizes were two big for my watch. The medium cushion supplied slightly stretch my jubilee band on my Rolex. Customer service did provide a smaller cushion for me but it is way too small. I would think for a manufacturer as detail oriented as the one producing this beautiful winder (with a $1,750 price tag), that their would be a little more attention provided to how well a watch fits within the winder. I've used cardboard and rubber bands, it works sometimes but I am very frustrated. I know I'm not unique to this. I found several other customers with the same issues that have gone as far as to pull stuffing from a cushion and resew.

Excellent service - good but not great product.
The cuffs were not suitable for my slim wrists. (155 mm). So my watches did not fit. But wolf sent me some new small cuffs in black that fitted better. They did not charge me for that, which was very nice.

So 10/10 for service. The product 7/10. Compared to other winders you cannot adjust the winding speed which is a little disappointing considering the high price.

Simple to urs and very elegant

I recently purchased a replacement watch cuff from WOLF, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The craftsmanship is outstanding — you can immediately tell this is a premium product made with attention to detail and quality materials. It not only protects my watch perfectly but also looks elegant and refined.

What really stood out, though, was the customer service. The entire experience, from ordering to delivery, was smooth and professional. Any questions I had were handled quickly and courteously, which is rare these days. Laura Macias who was my customer service contact was outstanding.

If you’re looking for high-quality watch accessories backed by excellent customer support, I highly recommend WOLF. I’ll definitely be a returning customer.
