I recently purchased the Cub Single Watch Winder with Cover and the Bella Zip Case from Wolf, and I couldn't be happier with both products.

The quality of the craftsmanship is outstanding. The Cub Single Watch Winder feels premium, operates quietly, and looks fantastic on display. The Bella Zip Case is equally impressive, with excellent materials, thoughtful design, and superb protection for watches while travelling.

What also stood out was the shipping experience. My order was delivered quickly and efficiently within the EU, with everything arriving well-packaged and in perfect condition.

It's clear that Wolf takes pride in both its products and customer experience. If you're looking for high-quality watch accessories, I can highly recommend Wolf. I will certainly be purchasing from them again in the future.

Just want to say the customer service is top notch (as well as the quality of the watch winder).

I have a watch winder I got over a decade ago that they no longer make. The insert you place the watch on had started to deteriorate and the watch started to move during the rotation.

I contacted customer service and asked if I could buy a replacement insert even though my model was discontinued. The customer service agent (Laura) said she would send me one for free that she thought might work and lo and behold it did. I fully expected to have to pay for this item and was floored they would replace something over 10 years old for free.

I am extremely surprised by the quality of the product. It is worth every penny spent. The standards are very high, and the material quality is excellent. It is exactly as shown in the website pictures, and I would definitely recommend this product to anyone. I would also like to sincerely appreciate the master craftsmanship behind it.

The wolf representative handled my problem quickly and without any hassle however I would have preferred to talk directly with a person instead of corresponding through email

Expérience absolument déplorable, le colis n’a pas été livré chez moi, bien que je l’avais spécifié, il a été livré dans un point relais, beaucoup trop loin à une date ultérieure à celle pour laquelle j’avais besoin de mon remontoir qui était un cadeau.
J’ai donc signalé à la marque que je ne voulais / ne pouvais plus le récupérer , cependant ils ont attendu plus de 30 jours que la limite soit dépassé pour qu’il soit retourné à l’expéditeur, et aujourd’hui on ne me donne aucune nouvelle. Je n’ai toujours pas été remboursée cela fait plus de deux mois.
Le service client vous fait tourner en rond et vous laisse sans réponse. À ce jour le colis est « recherché » sur son trajet retour et moi je n’ai pas reçu mon argent.
Absolument honteux

Beautifully made case. Wolf didn't have my color yet substituted it for a more costly one. Very good customer service.

The product quality is excellent, and the customer service is truly exceptional. The team went above and beyond to resolve my concerns to my complete satisfaction. Needed to return an item and apparently a high end brand like wolf doesn’t provide prepaid (or any) return labels as I offered to pay the shipping to just provide me a label
Other brands of this caliber don’t pull crap like this

I went online the moment your store opened for business for this 1/2 off sale and placed an order for a 4 winder using the 1/2 off code. The order was confirmed & days later was told it was "out of stock." I think this is disingenuous, at best. You continued to advertise items that were out of stock during this sale. Very unhappy. UPDATE--A few weeks after posting this review, Wolf reached out to me and wanted to make it up to me. They apologized and offered to sell a different model of 4 winder at the 50% off price, as the one I had wanted was still out of stock. I took them up on it, which was very nice of them. I do note that I had to pay $80 in tariffs thanks to our idiot POTUS. This is the 4th winder I've bought from Wolf (other 3 are singles). They really are high quality. Thanks much!
