the product didn't work when he opened it and set it up. very disappointing. Then we found your corporate HQ in Los Angeles (El Segundo) and we went there and nobody was able to help us with any of the issues of repairing or returning the product.

My Cub watch winder was exactly as described. Extremely quiet, worked as described and good looking. My only minor difficulty was in attaching my watch to the winder the first time. Once I understood the mechanism, it's easy. I would recommend it highly.

I purchased a Wolf Cub as I have read that Wolf makes the absolute best watch winders that can be purchased. I have found that the quality of construction is outstanding and the winder is dead silent when operating. I also like that the cuff with various configuration with fit any of my watches. This is something that seems to be quite rare. Another brand of winder I purchased advertised that it is quiet, but that isn't true. I have a small wrists and with the other winder I had to order the small cuffs at an additional price and wait about three weeks to get them. Wolf wins again. The only thing I would suggest is that the Cub come with rubber feet as it tends to slide around when I insert or remove a watch.
