Most unhelpful people i know. If you want good customer seevice and to be told the truth, dont use this company. Might be fine when, or if your purchase is received without hitch. Mine went missing. I reported, immediately, after the delivery should have been received. 'Oh the van must have broken down' was my answer 'we have despatched it'. The courier firm had no track of it, or so i was told. Again the next day i called as still not received. Move forward 3 days, although i had asked to be kept informed. No calls back, only me calling wach day for updates. 1 week later i was promisdd a refund that day. 2 days later i still hadn't received it. I called. ' Oh we have processed it yesterday but it will take 5 days to process'. These people just can't be bothered, as i said, if something goes wrong. Lets see when i get my refund. Payments can be processed and given back instantly, even by card. No wonder there are lower ratings for these people.

Zero stars. Ordered goods on 6 Dec account debited on 6 Dec. Goods still not arrived. Disappointing. Poor service. Scam/useless company.

Awful service, we ordered camping goods back in October and still have not received them, totalling nearly £100!! Have contacted them but not replying at all!! Will not use again!!

Purchased a tent on the 14th August, nothing arrived , no response to emails and the contact number just leaves you hanging on and cuts you off after a few minutes, just called today 11.05 on the 29th September to see if anyone actually works there, got a message stating the offices are closed , certainly wouldnt recommend using these guys as customer service is zero !!!!

I looked all over for the Robens Kiowa inner tent and gave World of Camping a call. The guy I spoke with was really nice, even laughed at my jokes, and also gave me a discount. I spent ages online searching for the best price, and this was the company that earned my business. Thanks again, mate! Andy works on the coalface—every penny’s a prisoner, short arms, deep pockets, lol!

Awful company, be very careful about the product descriptions, I did my research and they advertised a drive awning from outdoor revolution as ‘exceptionally waterproof’ we now know its certainly not waterproof and the top and sides leak, also a manufacturing fault with a strap, the only option offered was to post the awning back at my expense, stay away from this company

Emailed company with questions which were responded to straight away..made my purchase, delivered within a couple of days,can't fault this..
Haven't tried awning yet but I I'm sure any issues will be dealt with..

Easy transaction, good communications, quick delivery. Lantern was not working and received immediate refund. Will definitely use this company again.

I wrote a review of a product on world of camping, it seems they decided not to post it up as it was negative. Makes me wonder if review ratings are accurate or skewed to help push people into buying a poor product.

FYI my issue was with moonlight yurt (damaged window) requested replacement and was denied as it was warranty voided for been up for 2weeks. Crazy, expecting a tent to last more than 2 weeks!

Great range of items, good value prices, lots of discounts or package deals available. Knowledgable and friendly staff.
Never had a problem with any purchases. Most recently however I ordered the wrong item (Same product just the wrong size) and customer services resolved it immediately, cancelling the order and refunding my money straight away.
It's easy to praise a company like this when they get everything right but if I as a customer make an error and they still go out of their way to rectify it for me then that is especially impressive. Thank you so much.

I ordered a tent in error and called customer services to request a cancellation. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and immediately refunded the full amount. Excellent customer service.

Ordered Windbreak & bits Sunday and even in lockdown' delivered Tuesday free of charge via DHL. Just superb service. Thank you.

Bought an awning and awning carpet, not happy with the quality of the carpet, spoke to World of camping . They arranged for it to be collected and gave a full refund.
Can not fault the service I received. Would definitely use this company again.

A HUGE thank you to Gemma at World of Camping. She has sorted out a warranty claim for an item purchased from another company! I was so disillusioned and let down by Leisure Outlet, the awning I had bought was damaged and totally unusable. So, having phoned and emailed Leisure Outlet to no avail, I called World of Camping to see if I could just buy a replacement. They answered the phone for a start and Gemma took it upon herself to sort the whole thing for me as I had had such bad service from the other company - she just felt it wasn't right. She has restored my faith. Now THAT is how customer service is done. Thank you again.

I needed an item last minute and called the sales to explain I was local and could collect. Even though they are not meant to be processing collections due to Covid-19 they refunded the delivery on the order and I picked the item up with no issues. Excellent customer service throughout, gave super clear instructions throughout the whole process. Will order from them again, a shining example of how customer interactions should be.
