Excellent Service
Only rugby outfitter I’ll do business with. I’ve spent more than I care to admit and my club has spent even more. After my package was stolen and I wasn’t given a refund by FedEx (not WRS’ fault by any means) they made everything right. Shipping is always fast and accurate, customer service is always helpful and efficient, etc. I’ve never had a poor experience at any stage of dealing with WRS, and my club and I will ONLY do business with WRS from now on.

Amazing customer service
The customer service from WRS is amazing. Had a missing piece of gear in our order and it was promptly taken care of. I also had a minor issue when ordering and that issue was resolved amazingly as well.

Loving my Canterbury boots
So pleased that in really tough weather here in Sydney my boots are holding up great. Would highly recommend these Canterbury boots for wet weather and also good on 4G artificial ground where I train. Highly recommend these boots.

World Rugby Shop Delivered!
World Rugby Shop really came through for me when a Team USA Women's Sevens jersey I bought for my partner got lost in transit ahead of watching the team compete at the Olympics in Paris. The Shop organised a free replacement and my partner was able to represent her country on the big day. Team USA went on to win a historic bronze, helping to put the women's game on the map. A great day made all the better by great customer service and a quality product!

Eric Milner is AWESOME!
HUGE shoutout to Eric Milner! He is AWESOME! We did an order of shorts with our team logo last November and Eric was able to get them done and delivered before our families left for Christmas break!
