NEVER BUY FROM WOW CARGO! SAVE YOUR MONEY!
Recently I made a purchase of an enclosed trailer from Wow Cargo. I was clear as to the specifications and manufacturers I wanted.
My salesman, stated “Sure and we can do it for X Dollars.” I made a deposit and 2 weeks later got a message saying the trailer was ready.
I made the 8 hour drive and went to pick up the trailer, immediately I noticed that one of the options (concession window fold out shelf) wasn’t there, but was told that wasn’t part of initial bid (it was).
They wanted an additional $400! They rush you to walk around and try to do TONS of up sales and are VERY pushy about leaving 5-star reviews…. WHILE SIGNING PAPERWORK.
On the trip home I noticed the front layout of trailer didn’t match the brand I had ordered, (happened to be stuck in traffic jam next to one). It turns out that they sold me ANOTHER BRAND!!! A COMPLETE BAIT-AND-SWITCH!!!!!!
After doing a closer inspection, the trailer DID NOT have the correct roof (I ordered walk-on) They gave me seamed walk-on! (and badly seamed at that!)-WORTHLESS.
The top of cargo area was caved in; fenders were not correct and about a dozen other issues.
I attempted to resolve this, and the customer service is a joke! My salesman just would not return my calls, so I was referred to warranty dept.
They told me “I can’t sell you the brand you ordered for what you paid” and wanted to charge another 3K to get what I was initially quoted.
They will not stand behind ANY aspect of sales, and when I asked REPEATEDLY to speak to management, they were ignored.
(I have about 40hrs now trying to correct these issues and they will not help at all)
I am now out about 8k…. FOR A TRAILER I CANNOT USE!
This business is a SCAM!
If you MUST do business with these con artists, get EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING in writing!!!!!
UPDATE: I DID recieve a package from this company (the shipping date shows AFTER this was disputed...The products included were TOTAL junk!
