Great experience with Bobby West. Came over and carried out a home measure survey. Very efficient, he came on time, respected my space and was very friendly and informative. Walked me through the entire process and put me at ease. Appreciate the good work.

Wished I had listened to my fitter and purchased from Howdens!
The kitchen itself isn’t bad quality but that’s where the good ends.
The customer service ends the moment you have paid, I’ve never dealt with such an unhelpful company.
The kitchen design didn’t fit into the space we had, and this I was told was my fault? Damaged unit and damaged washing machine, had to wait 11 days for replacements, resulting in fitters having to return again at my cost, truly awful company

Great service from Farhaaj in sorting out a replacement door for our wall cabinet. He dealt with our problem professionally and efficiently and explained what he was going to do and how he was going to resolve it. Many thanks.

Mr M Willmott was great when measuring up, really helpful in explaining why things were being done

Good communication before delivery and delivery arrived on time. Robert Mcginley was courteous and efficient and delivered the goods safely into my garage

Great service from A Simpson. They came to measure our kitchen and were really friendly, helpful, and professional throughout. They took the time to answer our questions and made the whole process easy. Would definitely recommend!

From the first appointment I felt that the salesman, Cameron, listened to me and did his utmost to design the bedroom to fit in with my requirements.
The two delivery men dealt with the drop off in a professional, friendly manner and were respectful of my property.
The installer Mark was very pleasant to deal with, did an excellent job, always kept me informed of installation dates and times. He is very definitely a perfectionist and "it will do" is not in his vocabulary.
I am extremely happy with the quality of the wardrobes and with how good all the people I dealt with have been to deal with.

We had a message first thing to advise of Adrian’s arrival time, as expected he was bang on time.
He then explained what he had to do and how long it would take.
The whole service was very professional and we are very happy with the service.

D Turco was really informative advising of any changes and why they may need to happen as our design was based off architectural drawings. Very polite and made notes of any queries we had to pass back to Wren in advance of our final meeting to confirm kitchen package

1st time purchaser of wren and disappointed because Alison Buissinne(Maidstone branch to be exact) added items in our purchase that were not ordered and needed...the excuse that a receipt confirmation was sent out which we could have looked at BUT all these proposed images are ariel view and wouldn't make sense to anyone unless you work for them. I spoke to one colleague of Wren and requested a 3d tour of all our kids bedrooms yet to receive it and Alison apparently is denying responsibility because her pay cheque will be affected...am waiting for management to reach out as promised to see if we can come to an agreement and maybe I will take this post down but until then let's see, because for now i would recommend future customers to "avoid, avoid, avoid" You sending out 1 of our missing orders thanks, but what you sent out in error costs alot which you need to deduct. You get someone's order wrong and charge them an arm & a leg, then you take responsibility so am waiting Wren...ref 50679662

Easy to deal with.. very pleasant lady on the line.. as usual she sorted our query quickly and efficiently

Shocking service. Wrong sink was delivered, took 10 days for new one to arrive which was broken. Was told by Wren customer service to get my own trade to source, collect and fit the new sink as it will take too long for them to issue another and they can't get hold of their fitters (who are due to do the works for us). Had no working kitchen facilities (no downstairs water) for 2.5weeks. Provided Wren the invoice for the works completed by my trade (as per discussions with their customer service) and over 3 months later I am still awaiting reimbursement of this and other items including; removal of old sink from bill, removal of other works not completed by Wren (collection of old washing machine/fridge, rip out and removal of old kitchen, part of the installation fee as installation not completed by them). Finance agreement was then started without my consent as the kitchen was not completed as 1 week after installation a cupboard door had broken. I have been given a minimum of 3 different "points of contact" who are "handling this matter for me" and yet 3 months later, I still have not had the issues settled. Strongly advise against using this company. Kitchen looks lovely, but unfortunately the whole process and service has been incredibly unprofessional, highly stressful and unacceptable for a company of its size.
