The customer service is very friendly and helpful Richard follow up my case and follow up very well they help me to replace the parts with minor defect. The product quality is overall very satifactory.

DO NOT USE this company. My mother purchased a kitchen and within a year cupboard doors started falling off. The fridge door came off completely and bruised my mother's leg. It was guaranteed for 5 years but when Gary (field installation manager) came out to inspect the kitchen he was shocked at the state of it. Then when he got back to the office he said it is usual wear and tear. This is completely unacceptable. Wren Kitchens are more than happy to take your money but when it comes to upholding their end of the bargain they are not interested. We are pursuing them in the small claims court. Do not use.

Simon Mellor visited us today to measure our kitchen. He was very polite a very professional.

Firstly, we gave our designer Melos our budget, he informed us of the installation cost and said he’s never known it be more than £500. (We were very surprised by that amount) once we got the installation cost, Melos did not meet our expectations and had us over budget by two grand. We tried calling him three times to discuss this, and each time got told he will call us back and never did, leading me to request to speak to a manager. The manager stated he’s never known installation costs be less than two grand, making me believe Melos was just trying to make a sale, especially after he ignored all our calls and emails (completely avoiding us).

Secondly, the delivery of the kitchen was an hour late and they gave us the wrong plug sockets. I emailed our designer Melos, who never responded to my email ( I wasn’t too surprised, as he couldn’t return our calls) so I called head office and it took 30 minutes to get through to them. Once I got through, I was put on hold for 10 minutes. I phoned back up in the hope of speaking to a more competent advisor and once I got through for the second time, I was informed the correct plug sockets would take 3 weeks to be delivered, so it was just easier to get them ourselves.

On the last day of the installation of the kitchen, the installer informed us Wren have sent the wrong hinges for the corner cupboards. So again, it was easier to buy them ourselves, even though we had already paid for them.

If I was to do this again, I would definitely NOT go with Wren and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I’ve already informed close friends and family of the experience and to go elsewhere.

This is nothing to do with the installation team, all the issues were on Wrens side. It’s almost like wren only care until they have your money, then they leave you to deal with the rest. Myself and my partner were not impressed with Wren’s service at the showroom level.

The whole staff at Wren is fantastic, the support, so trusted. Replacements when needed free of charge and super quick delivery. The app works efficiently. Thank you so much.
