Wrong Fuel Doctor Reviews

Nathalia was amazing
Very professional and fast service

Attila made my day, came to me at the given time and worked on the car straight away within half hour my car was ready to go. Couldn’t fault anything from Attila was very welcoming and nice to chat to. Appreciated the quickness and most of all getting the car to start again. Will recommend this company especially Attila thank you for everything.

The gentleman ATTILA shows up to fix my car. His approach and professionalism was top notch. With his bright smile explaining that I'm not alone in this mistake (filling the wrong fuel) he was my early morning blessing

Nathalia was amazing! Great to see a female engineer for a start! She was friendly, patient, polite and efficient! What more could I ask for! Expensive mistake to make but service first class! Highly recommend Nathalia!! Xx

Great service throughout. Thank you Lukas from the sunbury site.
Couldn’t have asked for better service 🙂

Prompt service. Nice attitude. Took time to explain everything.

Well when you make a mistake you need help. i put petrol in to diesel but I was lucky with mario he was great came right away and solve the problem🤗

Lukas was not only a life saver, but a gentleman. Polite and courteous and super efficient.
Highly recommended!!

I accidentally put petrol into my diesel car and, not knowing much about cars went straight to Google! I found wrong fuel doctor and although it was a little more expensive than other options I read their reviews, which were all positive and they also gave the quickest response time. I was assisted by Mario, who was awesome. He was really friendly, very quick and really knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone. Great guy. Got me back up and running with no side affects after about 30/40 minutes. Quality service.
Thanks again

Very quick to arrive ,he knew exactly what to do was very good .
Explained everything very efficient and polite

Done a great back on the road in 45 minutes

What a relief! Putting diesel into a petrol car by mistake. Fuel Doctor Lukas, so knowledgable, arrived on time, explained the problems arising, what to do and removed the fuel safely and efficiently. He gave me enough good fuel to get to the fuel station and I was back on the road…never do that again. Use the green filler!

Mario arrived within half an hour and very efficiently and effectively solved the problem with the misfuelling. He explained the various difficulties to me and proceeded to solve them. I was very impressed and greatly relieved at the efficiency of the service. I was soon on my way.

I filed up diesel into my petrol car, the car wouldn’t start I rang fuel doctor they came within 15/20 mins Lucas was very helpful and my car started

Attila came to pump the petrol and misfuelled diesel out of my mother's Nissan Qashqai last week. He did a great job. Was on time, and came within 2 hours of me calling.
Excellent service honestly and very reasonable price considering they came to the car. Would otherwise have to get breakdown to bring the vehicle to a garage.

Thank you!

The lady on the phone was great. Supplied my partner with lots of information and advice even though we were at the point going to use the AA. Then when we realised it was quicker and cheaper to use the fuel doctor they sent out Nathalia who was brilliant.

She went the extra mile to make sure the car was ok and was so polite and even apologied for being late when she arrived within two minutes of the promised timescales.

So different to the AA, I’d call them again in a heartbeat but hope I don’t have to!

Really happy with the service. Would definitely recommend. Nathalia was our engineer and she did a brilliant job.

Highly recommend. Petrol put into diesel car. Rang and got through straight away Prompt, professional and arrived exactly on time given. Mario was amazing, friendly and professional.

Mario, very skilled and experienced engineer, polite and very friendly. Thank you for the rescue.
