The Yamaha store in London was close to the station few minutes of walk .
We were served by Abigail Lee . Such a wonderful and sweet lady , she was very patient and extremely helpful in showing us around and helped my daughter choose her long awaited keyboard , we spent about 2 to 3 hours and Abigail patiently help us decide , as there was just 1 piece left of the keyboard we wanted . She communicated well and send me all the documents and arranged a home delivery .

Ordering was easy and delivery was prompt.

i thought that my delivery would arrive within two days i waited the whole day i didn't know the when ups said estimated time it meant the whole day ups to midnight so the next day i went to london music store and they told me that they are a retail store as a result i got my product from ups so yamahamusiclondon was true to there word i've been happy with my product

After being messed about by another company, I came across Yamaha Music London looking for a keyboard to begin my journey learning the piano. Was very pleased with purchase which was well packaged and delivered promptly. Great communication as well. Thank you.

I don't know who's at fault here so apologies Yamaha if this is not your fault as product is excellent however you handled my address and passed it on to the delivery company so the problem starts with you but its hard to tell if this is one off or not.

I bought an expensive amplifier case for Yamaha THR10C. It was out for delivery, I had given them all the information they asked for including billing and delivery address. Then I get an email saying, couldn't be delivered as no valid address given. I look what address they have and its the name of my village followed GB, literally A******ry GB. Useless. No way to contact the driver. only a reshedule to the same address , very funny! or after wasting time sorting it out with UPS I had it delivered to a shop. That took 3 days and then had to wait for a friend to give me lift. Finally got it yesterday. Theres a reason someone us have things delivered! because we cant get out to the shops! I wanted the official bag so bought direct from Yamaha. next time I'll go with Andertons and spend the £1.99 or £2.99 delivery because at least they give out addresses. Should have had this a week ago. I move house in two days. Nightmare.

Review of product 5 stars as bag is beautiful, fits excellently and was well packaged. I love that there is a hole in the top of the bag for the handle of the actual amp. No worries of dropping it. excellent good quality product worth £43!

However as a review of my experience as a whole of yamahamusiclondon . I needed a bag, especially as moving house. I ordered in plenty of time and eventually I have to collect it and I finally have it with two days to spare. Not good enough

I ordered an acoustic guitar from the online store with a 2-3 day delivery. Payment went through and I received a receipt. On the third day I called up asking for a delivery update and was told there had been an error and that the guitar wasn’t in stock. I only learned this because I called them so God knows how long I’d have been waiting as Yamaha clearly weren’t going to call me. Refund was processed quickly but a really poor service from Yamaha and I won’t be returning as a customer

This is a great music store for Yamaha instruments. The staff are also very helpful, and Abigail helped us with our purchase of a tenor Saxophone. The prices are also very good.

It’s a great first keyboard for a three year old, provide endless fun whilst building and understanding of musical sounds and structures.

Excellent product at a very attractive price. I already have the NTX5 myself and was planning on buying one for my son, who is a professional guitarist and loves my guitar. However, he wouldn't hear of it, thinking it was too much to spend on him (how novel, kids reluctant to spend their parents' money!). Then I noticed the less expensive but very similar NTX3 on the Yamaha website which was being sold as 'A' grade refurbished, or with certain items missing. The price was unmissable. He was ok-ish with that, if a little suspicious of how a guitar of that quality would be available at a lower price, suspecting me of spending more than I was prepared to let on. Yamaha were helpful and super-quick to deliver and he's very pleased with it indeed. It looks incredible and plays beautifully, no sign of any repair, the only item missing were the shoulder straps for the case. As I don't use shoulder straps, I simply gave him those that came with my NTX5. They are wonderfully crafted professional instruments at the full RRP, never mind this bargain price! Also, it was very refreshing that one of the world's biggest music companies were so helpful and quick to respond.

A reluctant 4/5 rather than a 5/5 - I put my order in and was told 3 working days for delivery. On day 3 with no sign of it arriving, I called and spoke to Carl. I explained it was for a birthday present in 2 days time. There was an issue at another warehouse that had prevented it from being sent. Carl was extremely apologetic and at additional cost to the company it was sent UPS next day delivery and promptly arrived.
The guitar was exactly as described and the birthday recipient was very happy with their present!
Apart from the minor delivery issue I felt they did their best to rectify the error once they were aware of the situation hence me scoring 4/5. It wouldn’t put me off from ordering from them again.

As soon as l entered the shop l was greeted by a very friendly assistant (Abigale) I told her my requirements and she showed me a variety of keyboards. She was very knowledgeable and patient, the keyboard l brought was great value and perfect for that l needed. It was a great shopping experience. The Yamaha shop is a wonderland for any musician. Highly recommend
