This is a great music store for Yamaha instruments. The staff are also very helpful, and Abigail helped us with our purchase of a tenor Saxophone. The prices are also very good.

It’s a great first keyboard for a three year old, provide endless fun whilst building and understanding of musical sounds and structures.

Excellent product at a very attractive price. I already have the NTX5 myself and was planning on buying one for my son, who is a professional guitarist and loves my guitar. However, he wouldn't hear of it, thinking it was too much to spend on him (how novel, kids reluctant to spend their parents' money!). Then I noticed the less expensive but very similar NTX3 on the Yamaha website which was being sold as 'A' grade refurbished, or with certain items missing. The price was unmissable. He was ok-ish with that, if a little suspicious of how a guitar of that quality would be available at a lower price, suspecting me of spending more than I was prepared to let on. Yamaha were helpful and super-quick to deliver and he's very pleased with it indeed. It looks incredible and plays beautifully, no sign of any repair, the only item missing were the shoulder straps for the case. As I don't use shoulder straps, I simply gave him those that came with my NTX5. They are wonderfully crafted professional instruments at the full RRP, never mind this bargain price! Also, it was very refreshing that one of the world's biggest music companies were so helpful and quick to respond.

A reluctant 4/5 rather than a 5/5 - I put my order in and was told 3 working days for delivery. On day 3 with no sign of it arriving, I called and spoke to Carl. I explained it was for a birthday present in 2 days time. There was an issue at another warehouse that had prevented it from being sent. Carl was extremely apologetic and at additional cost to the company it was sent UPS next day delivery and promptly arrived.
The guitar was exactly as described and the birthday recipient was very happy with their present!
Apart from the minor delivery issue I felt they did their best to rectify the error once they were aware of the situation hence me scoring 4/5. It wouldn’t put me off from ordering from them again.

As soon as l entered the shop l was greeted by a very friendly assistant (Abigale) I told her my requirements and she showed me a variety of keyboards. She was very knowledgeable and patient, the keyboard l brought was great value and perfect for that l needed. It was a great shopping experience. The Yamaha shop is a wonderland for any musician. Highly recommend

This TrustPilot review is to thank both Lara and Abigail at Yamaha Music London for their wonderful customer service to me and extra effort they both put in when I bought my lovely, white CLP 875 digital piano on 2nd July 2026. Nothing was too much trouble. Since I live in Dorset, I ordered it over the phone but knew what I was ordering! It sounds wonderful and I play it as a Concert Grand. It is giving me a HUGE amount of pleasure after a gap of some years!

My further thanks goes to Abigal yet again for her enormous kindness showing me how to register this gorgeous piano!

Jon was great at organising the delivery of my piano so thank you Jon! As a result, two lovely Polish men (don't know their names) delivered the piano to me on behalf of Yamaha Music London on 24th July and they were were equally lovely and I particularly asked if they could wear shoe coverings and they very readily complied and just did a wonderful job.

THANK you everyone at Yamaha Music London who got involved with my piano. All of you were interested, polite and courteous. A joy to buy from!

Outstanding service from Abigail at Yamaha Music Store London!

We had a fantastic experience at the Yamaha Music Store in London, largely thanks to Abigail. We were looking to purchase a keyboard, and she went above and beyond to ensure every single one of our questions was thoroughly answered.

Because we live outside London and had a long journey home, we asked if we could unpack and check the instrument before leaving. Abigail was incredibly patient and supportive throughout—she helped us unpack it, inspect it, pack it back up securely, and even crafted a custom handle for the box so it would be easy for us to carry on our travel back.

Abigail is a stellar employee who truly cares about customer experience. Thank you, Abigail, for making our visit so seamless and enjoyable!

I bought a reconditioned Guitalele for travelling from Yamaha UK to keep my fingers moving while on holiday. The instrument is pristine with no mark's on it and sounds great. Yamaha is alway been my go to guitar maker owning several in my collection. This little guitar will go everywhere on holiday with me going forward. It's so much fun to play and oozes quality while inexpensive.
