Ordered my headphones at 6pm on a Sunday evening and they were delivered to me in Glasgow before Mid-day on Tuesday

A great experience dealing with Yamaha London. The service was excellent and trouble free, quick delivery and the best price on the Internet. My guitar arrived in just a couple of days from order and fully tracked to the door. The instrument is top quality considering it is only a beginner's instrument. A big thank you, and I will definitely recommend Yamaha London and make them my first choice.

I bought a guitar amplifier from Yamaha and it is fantastic. It is top quality and has great features and sound. Their customer service team were also really helpful with my query regarding its delivery. Their response was very quick and everything was sorted out without delay. I would definitely recommend Ysmaha, they sell top quality products and their customer service is excellent.

Very little info after ordering about delivery. Mind was split into two without warning, and you have to work out which delivery is which by gues work

Appalling service. Ordered a refurbished guitar, and apart from the order acknowledgment, had no further communication until I contacted them, 6 days later, couldn’t answer my question and said someone will ring back. Later, I received an email saying they no longer had the guitar in stock, so they had cancelled the order & issued a refund which could take 5 days. Although this was over a bank holiday, so I wasn’t expecting delivery on the Monday, the shop was open, so why was I not contacted, & why didn’t they offer an alternative, when they are still showing stock in other colours. No effort was made to contact me, after the initial order, I had to chase them up

I bought a Yamaha keyboard case. Easy to order online and arrived quickly. I rang the shop for advice but unfortunately they didn't call back and the person I spoke to didn't have great knowledge of this product. The product itself is good and padded but could do with a strap at the top so it can be pulled with the wheels at the bottom and pulled from the top end. Instead there was only a side strap.

They were honest and reliable. Took my order, kept me informed and updated. Confirmed when the order was shipped and also when delivered. Checked to ensure delivery and satisfactory receipt of delivery. Very happy overall.
