The items I purchased a 150mm skeleton clock was very good quality and I was very pleased with them,
But unfortunately when I received my order they had only sent 2 instead of the 3 I had ordered I did phone straight away and was told they would send the missing item out straight away after waiting 10 days still no delivery and was told it was lost by Royal Mail and they were now out of stock so I received my refunded today and noticed they were back in stock at a higher price very disappointing customer service and I feel very generous giving 3 stars

The blanks were top quality and received very promptly

Earlier this year I wanted a tool rest for my Record Power lathe but it was out of stock at Yandles. There was an option to be emailed when stock arrived which I registered for. As promised the email arrived last week so I ordered the product and it was delivered in 2 days. Great service at a great price. That’s why I use Yandles.

Was considering buying a pocket hole jig and when this one was on special offer it was too good to refuse. A great way to 'dip a toe' into the world of pocket hole joinery, it appears to me well made with everything you need to get started.

Dispatched promptly, well packaged, good communication, arrived in good condition. This is the second of these I've owned. Does a great job of protecting the lungs. Unlike passive respirators it works even on bearded folk. The filters need to be frequently cleared to ensure adequate air flow. The elastic strap at the rear gave out on my previous model after a couple of years, which I repaired. other than this it has been totally reliable.

I bought this work light to use with my bandsaw because the lamp that was fitted was faulty. This Record lamp is strong and the magnets are powerful enough to hold it securely in place. There is the option of using the magnet in the base of the lamp or for other positions the bracket can be snapped into place with its own magnet. The light emitted is plenty bright enough. It can be used with 3 x AA batteries or 1 x lithium battery or with the USB cable. Well worth the price.

This was my first bandsaw purchase. Looked at the cheaper options and watched a few you tube videos then decided to buy the Record Power BS250. Suits my purposes very well for a first bandsaw. The only bad thing is the rip fence, but after watching many you tube videos, it can be changed for an Axminster rip fence that is much better for only £20. Why Record Power don’t improve this for a few quid is beyond me. Apart from the fence this machine is great.
