I was very disappointed with this…
I was very disappointed with this place. It is advertised as a resort, but in reality it feels like a small budget hotel. The word "resort" seems to be used just to attract customers, while the facilities are nowhere near resort standard.
The buffet is very small with very limited food choices. There is almost no Turkish cuisine. Famous Turkish dishes such as Adana kebab, baklava, and Turkish delight were completely missing. Most of the food was English-style, and the same dishes and desserts were repeated every day. The food lacked variety and was often tasteless. Even while guests were still eating, staff would remove the food.
The pool is extremely small—more like the size of a private home pool than a resort swimming pool.
The Wi-Fi hardly worked during our stay.
Guests arriving late are not welcomed properly. There is no drinking water, tea, coffee, soft drinks, or any refreshments provided in the room. The management does not seem to consider the needs of guests who arrive late after a long journey.
The room furniture is very outdated, and my single bed was broken, which caused me back pain. There were also no basic toiletries such as soap or shampoo.
Overall, the hotel feels like a family-run business that cuts costs wherever possible while charging guests the high prices of a proper resort. In my opinion, it does not offer good value for money.
If you are looking for a true all-inclusive resort in Turkey, I would recommend Eftalia Marine Resort instead. After staying there, you will understand what a real resort experience should be like
