A great company to deal with, we ordered our first Allusion blind and it looks so amazing we have purchased another. We have had a slight issue, however the customer service team have been straight onto it to rectify, I cannot fault the service, I would highly recommend.

We’re disappointed to receive a one-star review, particularly as we were keen to help resolve the issue.
As soon as the customer contacted us, we responded and asked for some additional information so we could properly assess what had happened and determine the best way to put things right. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive a further response, which meant we were unable to investigate the matter any further or offer a suitable resolution.
We will always do our best to resolve any issues as quickly and effectively as possible, and we’re sorry we weren’t given the opportunity to do so on this occasion.

The blinds are excellent and the prices are very good. Why only four dtars< Well make sure that you measure everything perfectly as reordering a part is painfully expensive. To be fair it was my bad!
