I took Fauxwood to mean the grain effect on Sunwood Blinds. Ordered the blinds and received plain blinds. Was told tough luck.

Customer was never told 'tough luck' this is a fabrication, we clearly explained that product descriptions are on the website. if you are unsure of any terminology our help desk is always ready to answer any queries.

Purchased Allusion blinds in Horizon Pewter from Blinds Direct. Great easy to use website,quick Delivery time ,packaged extremely well & had noted packaging for both left /right panels.Price also v competitive, had I used a blinds fitting Co, this job would've cost double the £s. Extremely easy to fit,top rail extremely lightweight & quick to install as were fabric slats. 230cm rail length & didn't require another pair of hands. One woman job 👌😁 .Absolutely stunning finish. One minor omission-no screws included with brackets however doesnt detract that Blinds Direct... 100% first class !!!!

Finished product not as expected
Have ordered 4 blinds from your blinds direct over 3 separate orders first 2 orders were excellent for quality and speed of service but slightly disappointed with my latest order regarding quality (end brackets won’t stay on) and also motor battery was flat.

Thanks for leaving a review. If you had let us know about your issue with the brackets we could have solved it. Due to the laws on battery transportation, we can only send batteries with a minimal charge. We would always advise charging batteries before first use.
Nice for what we paid
Perfect fit but no fixings or instructions. The weights were a bit ugly so we removed those.
Packaged really well.
Nice blinds would buy from this company again.

The 'ugly' weights are industry standard, but there is an option on our site to upgrade to sealed pocket weights, which do away with the link chain for a modern, clean look.
