Great communication through out the process and easy to follow the progress of our remortgage

Laura Ellis was so helpful, easily contactable, knew her stuff and supported me throughout a really stressful time. She was right by my side when the going got tough...and it really did! After i left a negative trustpilot review, a very helpful person called Rebecca called and explained the process of changing our mortgage supplier can include the last month going to your current supplier but that it will be refunded. This was incredibly helpful, yet it should have been explained thoroughly in the beginning to avoid us being stressed and concerned.

Rebecca followed up several times to ensure we knew what was going on and were happy- so shoutout to her for excellent customer service. however, it would have been better if this was done by our original contact. We receieved many emails from from them mainly saying 'everything is fine nothing for you to do'. they over communicated on irrelevant things, and then missed something really important. I would have expected people who deal with mortgages everyday to have seen this and helped us rather than blaming it on us for not understanding it.
