Clear, quality sign delivered very quickly. Definite 5 star service. Maybe some pictures of fixings would help (I admit that this is mostly my ignorance) as husband said I should have also ordered rails for the back.

Parking Signs
Ordered two disable parking signs on refillable bases and a parking sign for the wall. Found it slightly odd that the poles and bases arrived a few days ahead of the signs (both the sign to go on the poles and the wall sign arrived together) which meant we had the poles sitting there with no signs on. I understood from the website that this may happen but I expected the signs to be with the pole delivery. Also found that there was no separate tracking for us to know when the deliveries were expected. Otherwise a good service, easy to order and deliveries were quite quick. The signs are good quality and suit our needs.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. We understand your surprise when the poles and bases arrived separately from the signs, even though our website mentions this possibility. We also recognise how helpful separate tracking for each delivery would have been, and we apologise if you did not receive it. We are glad to hear that despite these delivery nuances, you found our service good, the ordering process easy, and the signs to be of good quality, suiting your needs. Your feedback regarding the delivery process is valuable as we continuously work to improve our customer experience.

No parking sign
A comprehensive website which was easy to navigate. I had a brief chat with the online support person who clarified some details of the fixings for me. Prompt delivery and the sign is of a very high standard. I’m very happy!

The delivery company is shockingly…
The delivery company is shockingly poor! DHL should have delivered on 8th July. They sent a picture of my gate and door bell, failed to open gate, failed to ring bell. I waited in all day. They then failed to deliver on the 9th, 10th, 13th July. Each time sent a message saying item out for delivery. I can't rate your product as it still isn't here.

Thank you for your review. We’re very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the delivery of your order. We completely understand your frustration, especially after waiting in and receiving repeated updates that the parcel was out for delivery.
I understand my colleague Mason has since spoken with you and that your parcel was eventually delivered on the 14th July at 19:35. We’re pleased to hear that you’re happy with the signs and the ordering process.
We appreciate your patience while this was resolved. We have also raised the delivery delays and service issues with DHL, as this is not the level of service we expect our customers to receive.
