Wish I had read the reviews before buying. Stupidly I thought that it was a European company. Now, 12 days after paying for my products I’ve no idea where they are or when they’ll be delivered. They’re just ‘in transit’. Scam.

I am glad that we have Trustpilot service on-line tool.
I was also getting ready to use yoycart.com, and now I will avoid it.
Lots of things in the functionality of their website they did alerted me.

LIVE HELP banner = always disabled.
I did use internal site message system, someone named as Administrator, he reply messages by using his personal opinion.

I am after, a used digital benchtop AC power meter, 4~5 Kg of weight.
I did find five product listings, and requested from them, to verify for me, price and product weight before of me making a payment.
And they do not collaborate.

They even delete my messages on the chat system, which they had product listings numbers of products that I am interested for.
I did not lost money, but I lost time, browsing for hours their useless search engine, so I in person to discover listings with the product model that I seek.

My advice, no matter of how desperate you feel, so to get a hard to find product, DO NOT use this service.
And always delete your shipping address and VAT personal data from their website.

I placed an order for 3 PMST 33 solonoids which was USD 1.18 each and USD 410 freight after various e-mails that its being despatch, I got hold of customer service, that said my order is not being despatched the price per solonoid is now USD 1473. each. I just got back in the internet and see them still advertising the product, This company is a scam, and must be reported to the chinese business of commerce

Lamento no haber visto la reputación de este sitio antes de comprar. Efectivamente son unos estafadores. Mienten. No tienen lo que les compras y dicen que te devolverán el dinero en 30 dias. Cosa que dudo que ocurra, pero igual si asi fuera, se quedan con tu dinero por un mes (y claro, no te devolve ran ningún interés por ello). Sin contar las perdidas por cambios de divisas, etc.

Do not buy from this company. Prices stated are not even close to what is actually charged. Insane shipping costs and credit card fees come on top of that. Scam.

Yoycart did not refund me my money!
There is still 62SEK missing, and the will not see that.
I payed 269,51USD, they refund 269,51USD, but the exchange rate hade change, so I are missing 62SEK.
That is not my problem, now I have to pay, wright?
I know now whay Yoycart have bad rep.

I have ordered bearing from their web site. I have paid 27.77$ for shipping. That ask 60$ more for shipping and do not return payment.

Total scam. Avoid!

Habe zwei Messverstärker von HBM gekauft. Angegeben waren 678 Stk. Lagerhaltig.
Schlussendlich hatten sie nur 1 Stk. und haben nach 10 Tagen meine Bestellung storniert.
Ich bekam eine Nachricht, dass die Rückzahlung 10-30 Tage dauert.

Typical bait and switch company. The price was $20/piece on their web page so I ordered 4. After a couple of days I received an email stating the price is actually $287/piece. I asked them to refund the money they already charged my credit card for, but they did not do that. I am working with my credit card company to recover my money.

Ho cambiato la mia recensione in quanto ho ricevuto un rimborso parziale. Per cominciare, il prodotto che cercavo sul loro sito aveva un codice ben preciso, invece loro mi hanno detto che era un prodotto non originale solamente DOPO aver ricevuto il pagamento. L'assistenza clienti è parzialmente efficiente, non scrivono bene inglese anche se cercano di risolvere il problema. Volevo rifiutare il prodotto appena ho visto che le caratteristiche del prodotto erano diverse dalla descrizione ma loro mi hanno rifiutato il rimborso. Ad un certo punto mi arriva in aggiunta il pagamento della dogana e mi arrabbio moltissimo perché non era specificata l'eventualità (premetto che non è la prima volta che faccio acquisti in siti cinesi, per cui ove era previsto sono sempre stata avvisata) per cui all'ennesimo diniego da parte loro di rimborsare almeno questa tassa, non pago e rifiuto il pacco. Mi scrive il servizio clienti proponendomi il rimborso della dogana una volta anticipato il pagamento da parte mia (loro avrebbero pagato il triplo dei soldi per riprendersi il pacco e quindi lo avrebbero abbandonato) io accetto e così ora ho un prodotto non originale che per fortuna funziona (ho rischiato) e il rimborso della tariffa extra. Morale: state molto attenti quando fate acquisti su questo sito, cercate di leggere tutte le informazioni e le FAQ, io sono stata superficiale anche se alla fine é andata bene ma poteva anche non andare così. Vi consiglio di non usare fedex perché alla fine i tempi di spedizione non sono così diversi.

Reading previous comments, I was very skeptical to buy in this shop. I needed a old electronic card for my air conditioner in Spain and was impossible to buy in other part.
Price was not exactly the same as they offered, they want more for the shipping, but the shipping was very fast and electronic card is working perfectly!.
I saved a lot of euros at the end not needing to change the whole air conditioning system.

Prodotto molto economico, in buone condizioni, funzionante, spedizione veloce. Do 4 stelle perche' il venditore ha specificato che si trattava di un'articolo usato solo dopo avergli fatto il pagamento ma va piu' che bene per quello che ho pagato

I tried to place order for one solenoid valve which was priced at USD359 on the website. After payment, i was notified that the item shall be USD1960each and the ordering lead time will be 2 months.
I disagreed and cancelled the order. Currently still awaiting refund process.

This place does not guarantee any products they sell, even if they are broken. Even if you pay a higher price for the items you order, even if you order a higher quality product, they send you anything that is different from the picture or description.

Not only that, they charge an additional card payment fee without any notice. This is an incredible shopping mall. As to why they sent other items, they make ridiculous excuses. If you want to buy something here, you have to think of it as wasted money and buy it. They don't know what quality they buy, so they send them randomly.

After reading all the bad reviews here I I was very sceptical but decided to take the risk since Yoycart is the only website where I found the very specific product I was looking for.
Overall it took less than two weeks from order date for me to receive the product in the UK. The product was EXACTLY as described and what I was looking for. Throughout the experience the communication from Yoycart side was also great.
Very positive experience!

Another game playing Chinese company with nothing to sell. Take you money with express shipping only they don't have the item and your going to wait like regular slow boat shipping. F. T! Shop elsewhere

Невероятно но факт, заказывал LCD экран для оборудования (нашёл только здесь) цена была указана 2$ + доставка 8$ , как и у других ,после оплаты попросили доплатить ещё 28$- доплатил( без вариантов очень надо, есть только тут) , через неделю пришел трекер отслеживания с пометкой доставка 25-90 дней, жду жду,трек отслеживается ( я рад ) , 85 дней летала посылка по Китаю то в один сортировочный пункт то в другой, ну думаю всё кинули меня, на 86-й день пишу в магазин " так и так где посылка вот мой трек ,что случилось?" .Спустя 3 дня приходит сообщение " извините вы хотите перезаказать или вернуть деньги" , пишу " вернёте все 38$, в покупках так и осталось 8$+2$ , о 28$ Неупомянуто" , через 3 дня на"мыло"приходит одно сообщение о возврате 10$ ( думаю и на этом спасибо))) ) ,а на следующий день ещё одно о возврате 28$ . Ps хоть товар спустя 3 месяца так и не получил, рад что деньги вернули , молодцы- честные.

I ordered 2 items that were very hard to find from anywhere else. The first item turned up today without any problems at all. Price was is displayed on the website. This was painless.
The next one was as per the "scam" that many people mention i.e. pay the price as per the website - plus postage and then get emails saying the price is wrong and they want more money.
The item went from $2.55 per item to over $20 per item.
After numerous emails i cancelled the order - i hate this kind of behaviour. I know i will probably never see my money again.
So - as per other posts here - buyer beware - these people can choose to unreasonable when they decide to act stupid.
By the way - the item is still on the website at $2.55 per item
I will never use these people again
