Невероятно но факт, заказывал LCD экран для оборудования (нашёл только здесь) цена была указана 2$ + доставка 8$ , как и у других ,после оплаты попросили доплатить ещё 28$- доплатил( без вариантов очень надо, есть только тут) , через неделю пришел трекер отслеживания с пометкой доставка 25-90 дней, жду жду,трек отслеживается ( я рад ) , 85 дней летала посылка по Китаю то в один сортировочный пункт то в другой, ну думаю всё кинули меня, на 86-й день пишу в магазин " так и так где посылка вот мой трек ,что случилось?" .Спустя 3 дня приходит сообщение " извините вы хотите перезаказать или вернуть деньги" , пишу " вернёте все 38$, в покупках так и осталось 8$+2$ , о 28$ Неупомянуто" , через 3 дня на"мыло"приходит одно сообщение о возврате 10$ ( думаю и на этом спасибо))) ) ,а на следующий день ещё одно о возврате 28$ . Ps хоть товар спустя 3 месяца так и не получил, рад что деньги вернули , молодцы- честные.

I ordered 2 items that were very hard to find from anywhere else. The first item turned up today without any problems at all. Price was is displayed on the website. This was painless.
The next one was as per the "scam" that many people mention i.e. pay the price as per the website - plus postage and then get emails saying the price is wrong and they want more money.
The item went from $2.55 per item to over $20 per item.
After numerous emails i cancelled the order - i hate this kind of behaviour. I know i will probably never see my money again.
So - as per other posts here - buyer beware - these people can choose to unreasonable when they decide to act stupid.
By the way - the item is still on the website at $2.55 per item

The item I required was for sale. I paid in full and two days later i was told the item is not available from their supplier. It may take up to 30 days for a refund to my card. SCAM. I just checked the website and they still offer the item for sale.
Buyer beware. Others have had good results with Yoycart. I say it is a scam. Yoycart should remove this item from their site immediately, if it is no longer available.

I bought 2 ag tyres to test as I saw a market in Australia for them.
Wow am I glad I only bought 2.
A costly experience but better than had I bought a load.
The tyres split on every chevron on the second outing. One so badly it exploded.
I photographed the shredded remains and email yoycart ... Their response "so sorry my dear
this product is depend on supplier".
How patronising is that.?
They didn't even offer to forward the issue to a supplier.
My recommendation DO NOT TOUCH THESE PEOPLE. Product rubbish, service even worse.

Much like everyone else I needed to order something from TaoBao to the Unites States and I found the item very easily on this site. I placed and paid for my order (with a credit card) on April 2nd and I had it in my hands in the USA on the 13th. Now considering it had to be purchased from TaoBao shipped to the warehouse, repackaged and shipped to me this was VERY FAST. I've waited for packages from abroad for a month sometimes two, sometimes more. The shipping cost was also fairly priced, and correct from the start so I didn't have to pay a difference. Lastly the website is very nicely done. If you want to keep track of the process the best way is to go into your account because you can see every step from when the order is placed, to the warehouse waiting to receive it, package it, send it, tracking etc. ALL THE INFORMATION IS THERE. In addition they really do have 24/7 chat available if you need help. Just be patient and someone will answer - sometimes it can be a few minutes but I just did other stuff around it. All in all it was a pleasant, effortless shopping experience and I would order through this service again :) I think it's also important to have realistic expectations. Shipping of bulky/heavy items will cost more. Depending on the shipping service time can vary. TaoBao listings, like any other listings, are not always 100% accurate and this won't be known until yoycart tries to purchase/receives your order. For example the dimensions & weight of an item may be different so the shipping will have to be altered accordingly. Frustrating as these things might be yoycart would have no control over them, so it would be unfair to hold it against them.

I took a risk even after reading all the bad comment...But I must say, other then the poor tracking trought email, because you need to login to see the order status, my order was perfect and shipped with UPS international to Canada. I'll order again without hesitation.

Following order and payment, I was informed that the product was out of stock. At time of ordering there were, according to the website, 78000 units in stock, after being told they were out, there were 78000 units in stock on the website... Refunds impossible, luckily only a few Euros, but avoid at all costs, obviously fraud.

Заказывал реле HF105F-5. В розницу нашел только здесь. Заказ обработали и отправили за 4 дня. Получил через 3 недели. Заказывал в начале декабря (полагаю, что перед новым годом это вполне нормальный срок доставки). Качественно упаковано. Цена товара действительно низкая, а вот доставка дороговато.

I order a toy train from Taiwan that I wanted for a long time but couldn’t find it, but I found it on this website, I purchased it like 2 months ago and it still hasn’t arrived, but now on January 29th it came in the mail. I am very happy with this toy, and I am satisfied with my purchase.

Since there are so many bad experiences here I want to leave a good review to let people know that the site is definitely not a scam. It is, as other said, a buying service based in China. That is, they buy things from Taobao (the Chinese ebay), get it shipped to them, the re-ship it to you at a premium. I ordered a rare part I was unable to find anywhere else. The shipping costs are very unique to this site, as it ask you to estimate how much your item weigh and pay accordingly. I saw that was the source of a lot of these bad reviews, they chose the cheapest shipping option when they buy a bigger item. My part was small, so I chose the cheapest option ($3.99USD) and it worked for me. There's also a small convenience charge (7%?) on top of everything for paying by credit card. Overall it took about less than month for me to get the item, which is reasonable considering they have to have it shipped to them first then re-ship it to me. They give you a tracking number in the site's account section, it actually does work and even tracks through USPS once it got to the U.S. The part was exactly as described. So overall, I'm pretty happy with the site and was honestly pretty worried after reading reviews here. I highly recommend them. Be sure to pick the right shipping weight though to get the correct shipping charges!

These knuckleheads flooded FB with attractive video adds for a super cute kids toy ("baby shark"). I paid the $19.99 plus a ton of shipping, then heard nothing for nearly 60 days. Reached out and someone with the email jajajaja (info@ noticecenters.com) responded. Finally received the toy, and it was NOTHING like the advertisement. Totally fake. Never even gave it to my grandson, it was so bad.

This company is not reliable!!!
I ordered and tried several times to pay via MasterCard. Finaly I got the posibility to pay via Ideal. After a Day I got a mail that the weight was higher so I had to pay much more. And now they were
pushing tot use my creditcard. In the meantime the bank had blocked my card! This company is not reliable!!!!!!! I lost my money but didnot give Them a change tot get more!!!! No yoycart and no Jessica!!!!

I bought a hard to find electronics part. To my dismay they sent the wrong part after two months of waiting. No customer service. I'm out $25. Big mistake. Lesson learned.

After the order was confirmed and SMS deduction received from the bank, I received an Email from jessica (jessica at yoycart.com)
informing me that they have info from their credit card center that my credit card is high risk and looks like it is stolen and in order to prove that it is not then they need a copy of my credit card.

Who is in his right mind would believe such a claim? To me this website is fraud, they will steal your money and you will not get anything.

I’m just wondering how on earth there are positive reviews about yoycart.

I talked to this customer rep about the product's inventory. Firstly they told me yes, then no, only 2 left instead of 5 they just told me. Then pricing, the website shows it's $46, then I was about to order they told me it became more than $1000. Think about the difference! And the freight is not calculated right at all until they got the product from the supplier to their warehouse. But honestly, this website and their function of acting as a platform of trade is just useless. They cannot even regulate the supplier to post correct price and freight. Not to mention negotiate for the customer. This online shopping site is just piece of junk. DO NOT BUY!

BUYER BEWARE!
Heres what their customer service said on shipping charges...
"...The weight on our site is only an estimate weight, we know the real weight of the products only when they arrive at our warehouse in China.
If the estimate weight>real weight we will refund the credit to client's account, if the estimate weight < real weight we will ask the client for the second payment..."
I replied..."..Then post on your ad how much is your weight rate and ask your supplier the weight of your product before they ship to you. This is bad service. No wonder people complaint so much..."
