I thought the customer care team was very responsive and respectful with questions regarding the product and the return. I’m sure majority of the world loves the scent, but it was just too overpowering for me.
I would gladly look at future products if they were unscented, but with the beautiful shimmer and glow.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I didn't receive my product, and the customer service team didn't refund me or resend the order. They asked for more money, and when I refused, they said they'd talk to their team and follow up. It's been a month now, and I've had no response. It's clear they're not interested in helping me. Be aware when dealing with this company.

This used to be a good company but the US division was sold off and is now awful. They will email you discount codes but then not accept them (the next day!). Then when you do place an order, they overcharge your credit card and there are no humans to speak with to correct the issue. I had to argue through my credit card. Stay away.

This company is a total scam! I fell victim to an Instagram influencer. When I received the product I could not use it because the smell was so strong. It was a 21 day trial. For over a week now I have been messaging them and I keep being told that they are sending me a shipping label and to be patient. I’ve reached out through social media and have gotten no messages returned. I’m now calling my bank and reporting them as fraud. It’s been one week since I’ve had the products and I only have 21 days to return it. I’m happy to return it. All. There are two addresses on the invoice. I’ll be calling my bank in the morning and filing a claim because they have my credit card information and will charge my card yet. Their return policy states I have 21 days they just will not get back to me to tell me where to ship it. Horrible company zero customer service whatsoever. And I plan on messaging the Instagram influencer who obviously has a brand deal with them and she’s advertising their products

Tried to cancel an order within half hour of making it but got nowhere calling them. They said they couldn't cancel and issued me a return label. They've had the return for two weeks and I haven't heard a word that they even got it. Sneaky charges that you don't see till the confirmation email, not happy.

Yves Rocher is a little secret my sister shared with me and I am now spreading the word to all my friends and daughters! I have red color treated hair and the raspberry vinegar hair line is amazing!! The rinse is perfect for getting the soap residue and hard water out and the product itself leaves my hair smooth, shiny and perfectly clean! I love it and will not go back to anything else ! I use the under eye cream also which is lovely and helps with little lines.

Terrible customer service I have sent an email this morning about my three review points being added to my current points of 391. 150 need to be added for a total of 541 points in the loyalty club program. Misleading. They say they will ship with USPS, but they actually use FedEx Smartpost first before handing it off to USPS. FedEx Smartpost is absolutely terrible and can take up to a month to get your package. Be aware of this before buying from their website.

They are horrible! They don’t answer the phone, the girls that work their are rude and can’t process your info or orders correctly. I can’t believe they are in business. I hope they go out of business. Look at ALL the bad reviews they have on google and everywhere else. Their products are nothing special. Everyone needs to report them to the BBB.

I have been with the company for 5 years by now. I love the products. Very high quality, natural, plant based and really working at least for me. I never had a problem delivering my orders to my own address. However, forget sending a gift to your friend. It is next to impossible. It is a very easy task and other websites have no problem doing it. However, every time you put a different address in delivery section with Yves Rocher, it is a good chance that your order will come to you, not to your friend. It is like Yves Rocher is not interested in spreading the word about their products. And what really puts me down is that they are aware of it. The customer service rep told me the other day that, yes, I know there is a problem, I know the website is convoluted, I apologize but cannot help with anything, I cannot change the address even if the order haven't leaved the warehouse yet, in fact I cannot even say with certainty which address it is supposed to go to.
