I am in charge of a voting precinct in Florence, SC. I am writing this review about their store at 2906 W. Evans St. Our team works 15 hour days on election days and cannot leave for any reason. Amy, the owner/Manager of Zaxbys, generously agreed to provide us with food for lunch during the Presidential election. When I told the team that they could order whatever they wanted from the menu, everyone said, “Zaxbys?! WOW!”

The food was amazing! They gave us drinks, sandwiches, desserts and side dishes. The food was delicious and brought smiles to our faces after a very hectic morning. We ordered a little of everything and none of us were disappointed. There was even enough that we were able to enjoy it for dinner too! Thank you Zaxbys! We are all so grateful to Amy and her team! We have been to the Wildwood location for years , in The last two it has gone down hill to the point we will not return. I got the Zen salad which was ok but seemed like there was low chicken in it. The Zaxby signature sandwich my hubby got was barely warm and the fries were cold and soggy.

I had Zaxbys last week & remembered why I hadn't eaten there in a while. Why does the chicken smell & taste like tuna? It used to be so good & now, it's disgusting. Do better! Whatever the change, change it back.

Just went threw the drive threw the French fries have ssi much seasoning on them that you can't eat them and the chicken nuggets were almost all breeding and hard as a rock i never complain by this was terrible dirty zaxbys

Went to the fort mill sc location last week. Ordered at the counter 2 off the menu small items, no special orders. It took about 30 minutes to receive my food, only after I went up to ask them where my food was! Service was very slow in general and they seemed very disorganized. I sent a complaint to their customer service website and do you know what it got me? A bunch of excuses and a waste of my time as if they hadn’t wasted a lot of it already. This location has no interest in actually developing strategies for improvement or strengthening customer relations. If you go, may I suggest bringing a good book, catching up on emails or working on your favorite hobby while you wait for your order.

They have imbeciles working that are rude and have horrible attitudes. And I’m almost 100% sure that something was put in my zero sugar strawberry lemonade because not only did it taste bad it smelled like chemicals and they were mad because they claimed did not sell zero sugar strawberry lemonades I had just got it there the day before. So be careful how you drive through order you might get sick like I did today

I ordered Door Dash and though I got it on time it was cold! The egg rolls were overcooked, I mean way overcooked, and the strawberry lemonade was Gross! The grilled chicken sandwich was very good and the fries were too but as stated Cold!

My son ordered a Mr beast box
Then the cashier said They got everything but the chocolate bar and I said ok but then they have my son nothing 😡

I went to Zaxbys in Eufaula, AL yesterday as I do very often but yesterday's experience was extremely bad!!!
So much so that I'll never go back there! We ordered our food and got to the window to pick it up and the young boy had our drinks mixed up. He didn't know which was one was which! So we had to open the lids and taste them to determine what drink it was! As we were doing this the manager came out and rudely screamed at us that "we have received our service and we needed to go". This was the Manager on duty!!
This is a terrible way to treat your customers!!
We were given the wrong drinks and no sauce for our chicken!!! This is unacceptable treatment and awful customers service!!
So we paid for food we didn't get but got treated rudely by the management!!
Crazy ...They'll never get my service there again!

In response to this review, corporate contacted me since the store did not. They sent me a gift card.

There were no wontons on either salad. Half the salad was coleslaw with just a handful of lettuce. It was half the size of the last Zensation Zalad we got. Over $20.00 for very little food. Very disappointed. They really have gone down hill.

This place is absolutely amazing! I got the 4 chicken tender meal with toast and fries. The chicken tenders were so juicy and crisp especially with the nuclear sauce, which was so spicy and tangy! the toast was perfectly cooked! The fries had very tasty seasoning, but cannot survive without sauce..

I paid 13 dollars for old cold fries and chicken fingers that looked like chicken stubs. It wasn't even a whole chicken finger. The fries looked like they had been sitting under a light for hours. Such a waste of money. Still hungry...smh this is highway 58 location.

This the 2nd time I had problems with the store on Zelda Road Montgomery, AL. Today, I ordered a 5 piece boneless meal with mild sauce. I was not asked what type of sauce I wanted as the last time they did this also. I get the order and get back to work and it was boneless wings & things and it was not mild sauce, it was hot. There was 1 ranch dressing and 1 zac sauce which I did not ask for. The young lady at the window was not pleasant at all. I said thank you and she did not reply or anything. This is the second time I have tried to eat here but will not go back.

Apex, NC restaurant:
The staff is always so friendly! The traditional chicken wings are horrible! They always taste old and cooked too hard. They taste freeze dried. This was my 2nd time trying to give the traditional wings a try. Never again! Just bad!! Chicken tenders and fries ate good.

Went to Zaxby’s in Savannah. Ordered a garden salad. #5, and cheddar bites. Received no napkins, no utensils to eat with, cheese cake bites were mixed in my cheddar bites!! In a hotel so hopefully they have a fork!! Please just put these things in the bag we shouldn’t have to ask! This is expected

The zaxbys at southern pines nc, nothing but rude. The cashier was the rudest person they could have put behind the counter. Was my first and last visit. So never go back!!

Great employees at this location. But, they are charging way to much for the bone in wings that have absolutely no meat on the bones at all. They need to get bigger chickens. So wings are a rip off. Food is good, but wings are to little.

The chicken finger tacos were a joke. There was very little toppings a few diced tomatoes and onions and a few bits of cheese. The sauce must have been applied before the strips were zapped in the microwave. Very disappointed in the product. I took a picture of what I actually received
