The Zaxby’s in ShelbyvilleTennessee has gone down drastically. Overcooked chicken salad and portion sizes get smaller every visit. I actually had to add lettuce to my Cobb salad when I got home with it.

The food is always so good from here!!!

Since the change in the black and blue salad I've lost interest in eating there. It said had buffalo sauce but my whole salad was swimming in it. I didn't even half. I threw it away.

Ordered, our food for dine-in then it goes downhill from there:
*brought our food in to go containers but still got charged "hospitality tax".
*one order came without fries.
Second order was "grilled chicken, no fried onions & no cheese". Instead it came with fried chicken nuggets. Took it back. Second attempt was grilled but full of cheese. Took it back. Third attempt came with fried onions. It was brutally apparent the cheese was picked off by hand bc underneath the salad was lots of cheese. I didn't want more fingers rummaging through my food so I picked off the fried onions AND rest of cheese. The person taking the order "Eli" rung up the order correctly according to our receipt (ID:AAADEM5CALCD North Augusta, SC). Whomever prepared the ordered was not fully there or not capable of fixing a salad. There needs to be better supervision.

I’m giving Zaxbys a 3 because of the fact that they do have a great product, however I always order through DoorDash and I get the hottest sauce every time. The problem is consistency, sometimes it’s coated with sauce which I prefer to dip in ranch and sometimes they’re plain with a sauce packet that’s not the hottest sauce. I have to be honest, this really pisses me off with Zaxbys and the inconveniences is the most annoying and ridiculous thing a business can do. I blame management for the likelihood that different employees are getting different training and that is management’s fault. I just feel like it’s so easily fixed but it continued until I finally stopped spending money with them which is a shame

The only thing big about the Fajita Quesdallia is the PRICE, ALso if you noticed the man they used for the commercial is very short

This is for the location at 4409 Hugh Howell Rd in Tucker, Ga. I bought a Cobb salad. The only thing that was on the salad was lettuce and old chicken. It’s just shameful what these people get away with…other than our money! Won’t be going there again. In closing, I went inside instead of the drive thru, but I got it to go. It’s obvious that is when they pass off their old food to the customer!

ZAXBYs in Shepherdsville Ky is another looser for the area. Cobb Salad for $12.00 was served without the cucumbers, carrots, cabbage, or bacon. What was left? Those canned fried onions, chicken, lettuces and minimal cheese. Oh and small bits of tomato. No Cobb salad received here. Is it training of personnel or cheating the customer? Won’t be back.

Ordered a salad with fried chicken, got nothing but the end pieces of chicken and a whole package of lettus and 3 pieces of tomatoe. offal place for a salad.

Enjoyed a nice evening out. Restaurant was clean. Cashier very polite. Food was very good! Tenders were hot and juicy! The HHM is my favorite. Love dipping the fries in Zax sauce.

Just so so food i much prefer canes. And they're pretty much price gouging with their small portions.

Do not buy Zaxbys " Giant Quesadilla fajita meal
You only get 3 small slices / small drink! $13.29. I thought someone had eaten a slice out the box!
They ask me to wait about 10min while they bring it out! I was like a "deer in headlights", had to catch my breath🤣😂 when I looked in the container! It's a kids meal size not for grown folk! Lost me as a customer! Giant...oh NOOO...don't be fooled!

As a former employee, 11300 ridge road, zaxbys is disgusting they do not keep the store clean causing roaches, the GENERAL MANAGER constantly try’s to belittle employees, there time management skill are so bad they are in the back thawing out chicken in blistering hot water. They constantly serve raw chicken. Ambria and verlesaia at that location will take full 30 minute to a hour breaks leaving there team stranded. They lie to team members to just get out of conversations.

My sister and I went to Zaxby's today for the first time. We had heard some things about the restaurant, but had never been. We were eating a late lunch today, and so did not visit the restaurant we usually go to in the area we were in. There was a Zaxby's next door to it, so we went in to try it. The Staff was awesome, as well as the food was delicious. Even though it is what I would deem a fast food restaurant, It doesn't have the usual McDonald's or Hardee's type feel to it. It has atmosphere, and was a welcoming place to eat. Definitely two thumbs up, and would highly recommend it.

Zaxby’s in Bristol Tenn in the pennacle should be closed down. They literally tell people order the boneless chicken and it will take too long for the bone-in. The manager tells the employees not to sale traditional wings. I’ve been to nearly 25 Zaxby’s on the East coast with my job and this is the worst one I have been to. I literally said forget it and drove away.

My wife bought Zalad from the hwy 78 location and when she got home it contained only lettuce, very little dry chicken and a horrible looking egg roll!!

I went & tried Grilled chicken philly I ask not to add butter on my toasted bun & they had no problem getting my philly right chicken was grilled perfectly & the sandwich better than I expected 9 out of 10 Great customer service After I finished a staff member took my tray & emptied it into trash thank me for coming The only thing I would have liked my cheese on sandwich melted a little bit more but well pleased got half & half tea it was great The service & staff @ Asheboro location has really stepped up thanks to management
