The manager was is so nice to me when I come in the store.They always makes sure everything is in the bag you ordered.And the workers never throw the food at me.

I'm not a big Zaxby's fan , but I am now bc of their new chicken and bacon/ ranch quesadillas! They are SO good! 5 stars , full of flavor , chicken is good not fatty , cheese, just the right amount of ranch and good quality bacon pieces, I did not have to take off any unnecessary food items like onions or peppers, just straight up chicken, cheese, and bacon! SO good 👍 I highly recommend. I hope they keep making them bc if so I will keep buying. The best quesadilla I have ever tried and I have eaten at lots of top rated, real Mexican restaurants. These are not greasy so you feel like you are eating healthy. I dip mine in some sour cream and it is delicious. They are BIG and enough to fill me up two times! I ate half at lunch and the other half for dinner! Add 3 cookies with your points from the app and your full twice!

Grease food was cooked in was burnt and old. Fried pickles burnt taste. Everything was dark and foul taste.. Halls tn branch..

I went to zaxby's for lunch one today. And
When I pulled around to the window to pick up my food, the young lady handed me my tea. And the cup had hair on it. So when I said to her, my cup has hair on it. She picks the hair off and look at me like, okay. I Proceeded to ask for a new drink. Only to receive attitude. The attendant that was fixed in the drinks, has long braids to her waist without any head/ hair protection. If this is the service received at your drive through window. I'm afraid of the kitchen service.

I call customer service Zaxbys in the app and nobody answer and they hang up in my face, I was just trying to use a coupon of buying 2 Zax bags and they give you a 12$ off coupon and the app didn’t work we try in my husband app and my phone app too, nothing work I call the store they couldn’t do nothing about it, I call the customer service app they didn’t answer and they didn’t resolve my issue, very poor customer service.

Asian Zensation Zalad was served with old lettuce. I tried calling Zaxbys on Bush River Rd several times, but no one answered phone. I talked with corporate, but nothing was done. Zaxbys needs to do better before someone gets sick from eating bad food. I really believe that my order had been preserved before and given to me.

The wings really sucked the last three times that my son and I ate there. We ate at the one on Nine Mile Road in Pensacola Florida. These Millennials that work there DO NOT care if the food there taste like shit. They have what is called a " Wing Warmer ", so when the Millennial cooks show up for work, they will cook 500 wings and just place them in the " Wing Warmer " until people come in and start ordering wings. Of course Cooperate or the Mangers will try and tell you that the wings can only stay in the Wing Warmer for so long before they have to be thrown away. We all know that this is B.S. because Cooperate or the management are not going to eat the cost of so many wings having to be thrown away. Yes, the food really sucks at 9 mile in Pensacola, all because a bunch of Dumb, Lazy Millennials who are too sorry and lazy to cook fresh food.

Zaxby’s is decent overall. The food is usually fresh and flavorful, and the service is fine most of the time. While it’s not always consistent, it’s a solid option when you’re looking for a quick, casual meal.

We had a great experience at the Zaxbys on Jeffersons Ave in Newport News. Great management and fresh food.

The cobb salad I ordered should have been thrown in the garbage bin day's prior instead of selling it to an unsuspecting customer. Just laziness.
I didn't even have to remove the lid to see that it was spoiled.
Maybe making a simple salad to order might be less expensive and wasteful to both the customers and the company. Shameful.

CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE RESTAURANT!! I ordered a Zaxby’s Grilled House Salad with extra tomatoes and extra cucumbers. My salad had six chunks of grilled chicken, eight small, thinly sliced tomatoes, and eight chunks of cucumber. They neglected to put the cheese and French-fried onions on it. I also ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with no dressing, and they put so much dressing on it that the bun was soggy and dripping, and they charged me for a meal. I also ordered a grilled chicken meal and received a spicy fried chicken sandwich with overcooked fries.

The restaurant would not answer its phone despite being called around 20 times. The next time we returned, the manager offered us a “generous 10% discount” off our next meal. Someone needs to teach that manager about customer courtesy and customer satisfaction. Evidently, she missed the days when those courses were taught.

My goal now is to find out who the franchise owner is and let them know.

The location at 5970 State Bridge Rd, Duluth GA is very unprofessional. The night of 10/8/25, I placed an order online. When I went in, I left my phone in the car. They had a station set up to pick up orders, the manager starts asking me for information and when I said I have my purse which has ID, she followed me to my car to look through my phone to search for the online order. The question is do they do that to everyone or was it just me? What if it's busy like during a lunch rush? Why not keep all orders behind the counter? If they don't do that to everyone, was it racial profiling. A picture ID verifies my name matches the name on the order. Following people to the car can get dangerous.

This is the second time getting a kickin chicken sandwich here and had to eat it with a fork because the whole plate was covered in sauce.

I spent $40 on a DoorDash order on yesterday and the food was terrible! I ordered fried pickles and a 4 piece chicken tenders. I also had a strawberry lemonade. The fried pickles were soggy and so salty until I couldn’t eat them. The chicken tenders were swimming in grease, and overly salty with lemon pepper seasoning. The strawberry lemonade was awful, it tasted like it had a 2lb. bag of sugar in it. The food quality and the taste has declined drastically! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

This place needs to be investigated. I will do everything in my power to see it happen. Customer service is a complete joke. Customers are not treated equally. I saw the GM (Keira Glover) cussing at a customer while the other workers were trying to stop her while telling the customer she had just had a “bad day” They ended up giving the customer the money back and cookies while the customer was shaking all because they gave one customer a free sauce but would not offer her the same. She said she would leave a review and that is what caused the GM (Keira Glover) to start screaming and cussing. This is unacceptable it does not matter how hard your day has been you do not treat people that way no matter what. If you do not have self control in a high stress environment customer service is not the job for you. Do better Zaxbys.

Very rarely go to Zaxbys any more when I come to Springhill Fl to visit my family. This is the second bad experience. Got a Cobb salad last nite and started to eat it and low and behold there was a Black Ant crawling inside. Well that just turned my stomach and I just threw the salad out!!! Dont think I will be going back to this location again!!
