I don’t know what happened. Zedge used to be very good. I’d give it a zero now if I could. It’s pathetic and very different from what it was. I can never find the ringtones or wallpaper that I want and the so called music is enough to make your ears bleed. Why on earth did it change. Zedge please fix this. I know I’m not the only one that dislikes this version.

I cant get an artist with a hit song can’t get it when I type this song and can’t get it when I type the artist. Nothing comes up but a bunch of crap. I paid money for nothing. I want a refund back. You suck now you used to be so simple and easy now it’s all complicated with junk. It’s not hit songs. No star artists on here. Nothing all you have is crappy wallpaper, crappy imitation stupid songs from who knows who makes this crap I am looking for hit songs with hit popular artists. Isn’t that just easy enough to do no I guess not that don’t know how to do that. They steal your money and don’t give you what you want. Don’t trust them don’t get it. Don’t download they won’t refund I paid for forever have zedge 20.00 not worth it

I just earned $129.17 within a month with contributor, and they suspended my account for no reason, then after two years they reactivated it, but they never paid what i earned, it still stuck on the BOOK_ENTRY, No support i have contacted since 6 months now and they never give a answer

Two previews, one unskippable add that forces you to playstore. rinse and repeat.

Every time I try to find an original song I always get crappy remakes and stuff, awful junk people make at home, never the original song. The ads are absolutely ridiculous too, you can't even download a lot of the wallpapers without being forced to watch ads or play samples of stupid games. They're adding political junk too I've noticed. Not worth it, even the free version, with all the garbage homemade crap ring tones and ads.

Huge ripoff!!! I did not get ring back tones as promised. I tried for an hour to find something I liked-nothing. Then they wouldn’t refund my money!! Don’t use‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

I signed up to zedge some months ago on a lifetime deal. Now the app refuses to let me sign in despite the fact that I’m using the exact same email I signed up with. I am, therefore unable to view my downloaded content or use my credits. I’ve contacted zedge three times now showing them screenshots about the problem, but just get totally unhelpful stock replies. Not recommended.

Just appears to be another scam advertising company that wants your money. I installed it thinking it might be good but, what a let down. Couldn't get anything to work without ads and requests for money.

no regulation by zedge at all. Most of the platform is full of crap and garbage ringtones that no one in their right mind would ever use.

Zedge used to be good, but now it's all taken up by ads and video wallpapers, I can't use video wallpapers and all the good wallpapers are video, and the developer's are greedy, it used to have just a few ads, now every thing you touch a ad comes on, and the regular wallpapers are not as good either, so Zedge has went downhill in my opinion, a lot of categories I used to look up have disappeared also, doesn't make sense to me.

I used it years ago it was easy for a free ring tone or two

Its got excellent choice but when I watch an ad to get image, it just spins then have to watch another.very tedious waiting

It is NOT my phone signal either being "weak" I live in central London where the signal is very good, just saying don't blame that, it's the app itself

Lol why would any one buy a subscription to something you download once from then uninstall. Ads make the App unusable, that's why they want your money.

This company took my money about a year or longer with the deal the same as they are doing just now 99p a week or a one off payment of £10.00 for life and took the for life deal and had alot of credits and wallpapers and ringtones on my account as thats why I purchased it but now they have made my account and its content disappear and keeps asking to take the for life deal again which I already purchased but they have my profile and account details unable to get access to which is criminal as they are deliberately trying to commit fraud and theft. I want this fixed and my account back with all my purchases or I will go to a newspaper, ombudsman or look at different avenues to get retribution .

I get frustrated when I get flagged for absolutely nothing for nothing for I nothing why is that it's the most innocent image and it's flagged review and review please fix this, Ty

I had a very disappointing experience with Zedge. My account was banned without any proper reason or explanation, even though all the content I uploaded was original and AI-generated by me. I followed the guidelines carefully, but still, my work was removed and my account suspended. Their support system is very poor, and I didn’t receive any helpful response when I tried to contact them. This is very unfair to creators who work hard to provide quality content. Zedge really needs to improve their transparency, communication, and fairness toward content creators.

Zedge banned my Business profile without a clear reason. I received a generic “policy violation” notice with no specifics, no prior warning, and no workable appeal path. My portfolio was clean—no copyrighted or trademarked wallpapers. What’s most frustrating is the double standard: Zedge continues to accept and surface obvious trademark wallpapers from other Business accounts, while my clean account was removed.
I reached out multiple times asking what exactly triggered the ban so I could correct it. The response boiled down to canned messages and “we don’t reinstate banned accounts.” As a paying creator, losing months of work and income overnight—without a transparent explanation—feels unfair and disrespectful. If Zedge wants a trusted marketplace, it needs consistent policy enforcement, clear communication, and a real appeal process. Until then, I can’t recommend it to creators.

You can't narrow you're searches, they still show you irrelevant stuff. Thats the whole purpose of specific searches. I have no desire to waste my time looking and scrolling past wallpaper that doesn't fit what im interested in ! I think this is an on purpose issue to force you two look at new downloads I REGRET my subscription.

Very difficult to navigate.
They do not respond to emails requesting help and no phone number to call.
DO NOT get this app!!!
