I submitted a complete tax form and my account is suspended for weeks. No response from Zedge. Please check Ticket #327716. I want to resolve this issue quickly.

They're banning contributors in their first mistake, without any warning. People are giving time and effort for creating profiles, uploading photos, earning some money, followers etc.. and they're banning their contributors without any warning i get banned cuz of "uploading images that include another brand's or company's logos, cartoon characters, or any content created by AI that contains these elements." ffs even these rules are stupid asf i didn't violate these rules the photos i uploaded were football teams logo designs but i created them myself i didnt use copyrighted photos. they banned me without any warning thanks for stealing my time and effort and not even giving a warning or making a proper research.

If I could rate the this app -200 I would. It doesn’t work for one thing on my iPhone and when I immediately tried canceling it, it takes you through an endless loop of garbled goop to tire you out and just give up. It’s what I did. I lost my money but I hope someone reads this comment and saves themselves the same hassle and not waste their time and money.?🤬😡

Don't purchase this app. I paid over $80.00 3 1/2 years ago for a lifetime purchase. Now they want me to pay again. They don't keep acurate records. You will be charged again in a few years.

The app is fine, but unfortunately, their customer service, support, and service overall is severely lacking. I am a content creator on Zedge. I was notified on Monday March 10th, 2025 that my images were stretched and of poor quality and that I needed to remove my content before March 16th 2025 or my account would be suspended. I look and review my work before I post it. There is nothing wrong with what I create and upload to the site. I emailed the content manager asking for clarity and never got a response. I reached out to the same person today, yesterday, and the day of, no response. Their customer service needs massive improvement. Unfortunately, I do think that Zedge management need to be put under the spotlight until they give reasons for their lack of response, reasons, etc.

Today March 31, 2025, I got an email from the conten Manager for Zedge and here is what sent:
Hi,
We noticed that the items in your profiles are of poor quality and badly cropped. Please remove all such items from your profiles. The deadline is 4/7/2025. If you don't remove them by then, your account will be suspended immediately.

Thank you for your understanding.
Zedge Content Manager.

The problem is, the person doesn't identify the images that are of poor quality and badly cropped. I review my work before posting and there is nothing wrong with them. I did respond asking for her to identify what items are of poor quality and poorly cropped, but so far, no one has not responded.

I use this app/sitr to downloat wallpapers. It shows ads all the time.
And i tried to upload some spiderman wallpapers that i captured (screenshot) from my ps5. They just didnt accept them. How rude.

I Love the selection! Everyone I have showed this app to loves it. I'm a life time member and I have had no problems with it.
I like the option of being able to change my wall paper timing.
I like doing AI with some kids I know, they like there creations. Thanks Zedge!

DO NOT PAY FOR THE LIFETIME SUBSCRIPTION!!! You'll pay, then a couple months later get the prompt to pay again. Contact customer service just to have them blame you! They won't respond to your emails after they blame you, let alone give you a refund! Terrible app run by terrible people!

Racists. I strongly advise creators against using this platform because you can be easily banned without any explanation or investigation. I was blocked solely because of my nationality, even though I’m a resident of another country. Of course, customer support doesn’t respond.

Unfair Account Suspension – Creators Beware

I worked with Zedge Premium for four months, creating and uploading content that complied with their guidelines to the best of my knowledge. Just as I was about to receive my first payment, my account was suspended without clear explanation.

When I reached out to their support team, I was told that my account would not be reinstated, but they failed to specify what I did wrong. To make matters worse, the money I earned up until then is not being refunded.

After joining their Telegram group, I discovered that many other creators face similar issues, with accounts being suspended just before payouts. It seems like Zedge is selectively retaining creators who create high-selling niche content and are known or promoted on social media, while others are removed unfairly.

This experience has left me feeling deceived and unappreciated. While Zedge initially seemed like a great opportunity, it now appears to operate in a way that exploits creators. Transparency, fair treatment, and paying out earned royalties should be a basic standard for any content platform.

I urge other creators to be cautious before investing their time and effort here. Zedge needs to address these recurring issues and treat all creators with fairness and respect.

I'm not sure what's going on but I downloaded a home/lock screen and about a week later, I wake up the next morning and a different home/screen lock picture was installed. This is sketchy as I didn't change it! And it's not a 'revolving' screen lock.

Every time I download a wallpaper recently it changes the very same day it's taken off I don't know what is up with Zedge doing that what is the point of me picking out wallpaper if you're just going to remove it the very same day I download it.

Lately something's wrong with the app it's moving slow and I have to keep restarting it so unfortunately, I'm going to have to look for another wallpaper with another app.

Be cautious before using this app. The customer support is extremely poor, and the service seems highly suspicious. I created an account to post content, but it was not approved. When I submitted my ID for verification, they claimed I had already used that ID before, even though I had never created a Zedge account previously. However, I did have the Zedge app installed on my phone, which makes me suspect they might have accessed my data without consent, especially since I had granted permission for photos.

I contacted customer support about this issue and even mentioned that I was willing to take legal action if they didn’t provide a clear response. Despite sending over 10 emails, I never received a single reply. I have evidence of their replies and lack of further response. Think twice before installing this app—they might be stealing your personal data.

As a content creator, Zedge do not worth the time. My account was suspended, I contacted the support to help identify what was wrong and help me resolve. After some time I gave up because, they only told me that there was guidelines and who break them get suspended, they don't help in anything. Until this day I don't know what exactly the problem was and nothing was done to help resolve it. In the last email was only written "unfortunately the account will remain suspended".
