They claimed publicly to let them know if you want different shipping that sends to the US. I have gotten no response for months. Would not recommend.

My ZENINTCG experience
Buying through ZENINTCG is completely safe. The platform is easy to use. The products they ship are properly packaged. Shipments to my country arrive on average within a month and a half after ZENINTCG notifies me they've shipped. It's guaranteed, and best of all, they have a wide variety of products from many franchises, including Digimon, and their prices aren't high compared to other platforms.

While the delivery took a lot longer to arrive than expected (to be fair I ordered near Xmas) everything was immaculately packed & in great condition! Very reasonable prices on hard to find items as well! Will definitely buy from again!
Scammers
Scammers. I pre-ordered a tamagotchi back in September with them for a feb release and its now the end of march. I actually ended up ordering the product directly from japan and got it sooner for less money.
Zenin refuses to answer any email communications and as soon as I got my bank involved they partial refunded, and are keeping 10% of my money for my preorder even though they never shipped the merchandise, couldn't respond to any of my emails, or fulfill the pre-order they happy took my money from.
Why are we getting punished for pre-orders?? Like whats the point to pre-order if i can get the product a month after release faster (not expedited or anything either) and for a cheaper price than zenin, and have to pay a fee for THEM messing up?
Absolutely AWFUL customer service. Then they offered a coupon to everyone for not fulfilling preorders in a timely manner that was more than the amount they are withholding from me. So they can afford to give me my full amount back, just to everyone but me? They are CLEARLY scammers

Best experience with digivice 1 and pendulum, it requires a little bit long time to shipping etc. but they're reply really fast for any doubts to give good assistance. A lot of products that I love on their site, especially the Digimon franchise
Incredible Service
I've been dealing with ZeninTCG since 2022, they've always been helpful, their service is amazing and their prices are unbeatable. Just recently I had an issue and they were on it immediately and we had my order placed within the hour. This is the best place for Digimon merch if you're from South Africa
Terrible policies - shop elsewhere.
They have legitimate products, but their policies are terrible. Long story short, save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere.
I understand companies may have shipping delays, but a merchant should attempt to make things right for the customer, not put the burden on them. I ordered multiple Digimon virtual pets starting in March of 2025, some set to release August 2025 and some set to release December 2025. I did not receive any of them until February 2026.
Tariffs were imposed during this time meaning anyone who ordered was stuck with an extra charge they had no way of knowing about. They should have offered refunds at this time. They did not.
Shipping was constantly delayed. After waiting for nearly a year and repeatedly asking for them to return my money they flat out refused. They charge a 10% cancellation fee for items THEY DON’T EVEN HAVE IN HAND. I wasn’t going to pay them 10% for doing nothing but receiving my money and sitting with it.
By the way their official policy if they send you a fully defective non-working item is 50% store credit if you send video proof within 48 hours of receiving. Have you heard of this kind of terrible policy anywhere else?
Just don’t shop here. I know they are a smaller business (I guess) and they may not have all the money in the world but you can’t just hold people’s money hostage. Your customers are not rich either.

LONG time to ship out order
Legit company but it takes a LONG time to get your order. I pre-ordered 3 tamagotchis in may 2025, I was in the 1st round of preorders meant to ship in August. My shipping period kept getting pushed back multiple times. My order got sent out finally in December and arrived late December/early January. If you look online I am far from the only person to deal with long waiting times.
I only recommend ordering if their prices are cheaper than other places and if you are okay with waiting 3+ months extra for your order to arrive

If i could give zero stars I would, pre-ordered something for my son last year for xmas , release date was suppose to be Nov/Dec 25, lack of communication, still no update, nor delivery , yet they take the money. Very Vague email responses, So only option is to seek full refund via my bank, as the company try charge you a penalty for cancelling, gj we have consumer rights and laws in the UK, which international sellers still need to abide by.. Wont be ordering from them again for sure.

Just sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision.
I placed a preorder with ZeninTCG that was initially expected around October/November. That window passed, then it was delayed to December / early January, and it still hasn’t shipped.
Communication has been polite but vague — I’ve been told it’s “prepared for shipping” and that there were courier label issues, but I haven’t been given a clear date or timeframe. Any updates seem to come from preorder listings rather than direct confirmation.
I’ve been patient for several months, but at this point the lack of concrete information has been frustrating. Just a heads-up for anyone considering preorders with them.
I recommend if you can get it locally even if local preorders are a few dollars more expensive or at another date just go for it ZeninTCG delays items past locally expected/sold items.
I'd give them no stars but that isn't an option.
Lying business
- Ordered Digimon in April 2025 with expected delivery November 2025
- Says release is delayed to December 2025
- Reached out start of December. Zenintcg says it will ship out end of month
- Reached out end of month and Zenintcg says it will ship early January
- Tracking for shipping received early January. Tracking stuck for 2 weeks.
-Reached out to Zenintcg and they said they will resend.
- I asked to cancel and refund. They said they cannot because it’s been shipped. Tracking still stuck
- Got refunded with chargeback with my bank
- Tracking updated with shipping canceled. 😂

I ordered an item months ago that was due for release in December.
Throughout the whole of December, the customers were told NOTHING. Some of us reached out to Zenin via email and were completely ignored.
Zenin finally let us know the devices had been delayed at the end of December - this is something they should have communicated to us WEEKS before.
They have now received the devices and I had an email saying “We’re excited to let you know that your order has been prepared and will be shipped out soon!”
That was 10 days ago. The item has not been shipped, despite it having been prepared and ready to ship.
I have spent the last 4 days trying to contact them by any means possible - email, their website, Facebook, discord, and even have taken to commenting on their posts (the ones they have time to make, but don’t have the time to respond to people who have already given them their hard earned money)
And of course, STILL NOTHING.
Is it any wonder that all of the recent reviews left on Zenin’s social media have all been negative? And if you look through the comments, Zenin are unable to take responsibility - it’s always blaming someone else. Oh it’s the courier. Oh it’s Bandai. Who is at fault for you ignoring customers, being unable to provide basic communication and customer service?
Absolutely awful. I encourage everyone to cease all future business with Zenin, as there is no world where you are a valued customer.
