There weren’t any surprises in this process, and I would recommend both Ben and Zillow Home Loans to anyone seeking to refinance.

Kyle was very easy to work with and I would recommend him as a loan agent. He took the time to talk on the phone to answer any questions I had. He was also able to work around my work schedule and still respond very quickly. The cost of the loan and the interest rate were competitive and I could tell that he wanted to work with me to get the best loan available. What really stood out to me was his promise to close the loan faster than other lenders and how well he kept me updated on the status of the loan. 5/5 stars !

Zillow attracted my attention when shopping for a home refinance due to their low rates and lowest closing costs I could find. I contacted Wallace Carter who became my loan officer. He walked me through the entire process and made it easy. He was responsive to my emails and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. We closed the refinance in less than three weeks. I would recommend Zillow Loans and Wallace Carter for any mortgage needs and will be using them again in the future.
