Be careful... The photos offered on the website look attractive, but they are AI-generated photos. After ordering, we receive the product, which is not like the one offered in the website's advertising image... the results are very rustic... it's terrible.

I had a horrible experience. Not only was my order late. It showed up completely wrong. I had a custom plaque made with my family photo… It showed up with different people‘s faces on our bodies….
I can’t get a hold of anyone with the company! They direct you to use messenger to resolve complaints, but nobody ever responds. Of course it cannot be returned because it’s a custom product… But nobody can explain to me what in the world I am supposed to do with the plaque of somebody else’s family!!!!
Absolutely horrible, and unprofessional!!
The only reason they have a one star from me is because I have to mark something in order to write a review.

this is just a scam. you never get the product what you ordered or even see on the page.

Definitely did not get what I expected. Statue looks nothing like the one in ad I saw. This is cheaply done, cheap plastic. And I uploaded a picture and they changed all the faces of my family, added ten pounds on my husband. I’d give them a zero if I could, they don’t deserve a one rating.

Paid £41.59 for what I thought would be a 3D model using the photo I sent. It's nothing like what's advertised. It's a 2D of the same photo on Perspex! Ordered it on 24.9 & received in on 22.10. Waste of money.

as usual I've send my family photo as per thier advert I've paid £45.59 waiting 3 weeks received the parcel the frame I've received was completely different faces of my original photo, I've contacted them and explained that I'm not happy because the photo nothing to do with my original photo, I've asked refund, refused, I knew it was scam.
