If my redemption processes my 5 stars stand. Had I not read all the negative reviews I probably would have deposited money. It took me almost an entire year but I got my balance over 100 SC. In April I hit 50 SC and when I went to redeem the minimum amount had jumped from 50 SC to 100 SC. It wouldn’t let me verify my account until I attempted to redeem, which was kind of funny bc they have a pop up saying you can’t play unless you’re 18. It might be better to ask people their age prior to letting them play for a year. The verification process was very fast. I received an email saying I should receive my crypto redemption by May 19th.

If that doesn’t happen I guess I’ll be updating this review!!

Update!!! They honored my crypto redemption!! It was deposited on the exact day they said it would be.

Nothing bout a scamming bogus ass casino. I have been done so wrong by this casino. Stay away. They closed my account after I won 100. I had not broke a single rule. Ive deposited. Id visit the site daily. I contact customer service for a reason. And they send me some automated bullshit generic ass response. Saying they jus closed the account without a reason. Unfair. Unprofessional. BOGUS STAY AWAY FROM THIS CASINO. Ill be sure to find any review site I can and personally take the time to write a negative review about this casino about to put him on blast

I logged in to my account and I had a balance of -$200 and they said my account was locked and to contact support but they have the worst support out of any casino to ever exist and they haven't responded at all so my account is locked for weeks with no information

All I’m here to do is confirm all the other reviews. I made my account and verified and connected my bank and card before playing. Of course I won a little ($125) did a redemption and they say it’ll be 2 weeks. The site runs smooth and the gam selection is good but 2 weeks for a redemption is absolutely absurd. There is not a single reason why it should take that long. BANGCOINS, speedsweeps, dimesweeps, sweepsroyal and rich sweeps all pay out instantly, CrownCoins takes about 24 hours. That is the measuring stick of this industry. If a casino can’t match that they don’t deserve more than 2 stars, simple as that. It’s been 2 days now if I somehow receive my money within the next 36 hours I’ll update this review otherwise just assume that nothing changed

Don't recommend anyone do what I have i buy coin here all the time and I recently hit for 800 sc and upon getting my redeem I only received 488 support won't get back to me and No one will give answers they have now blocked all communication from me and I have zero ways to contact support if you play here they will cheat you without any concern for you in mind if I could rate them zero stars I would im also planning to report this just because it says they keep the right to change whatever they want doesn't make it OK ill see what the BBB tell me along with game board because I feel like they cheated me and this is the second time a redeem came in short the first time I should have learned my lesson

I was a verified, active user for months with multiple successful redemptions processed without issue. Yotta themselves merged my previous Playnomic account into my Yotta account in December 2025 and confirmed this in writing. On 3/20 my account was suddenly locked with no explanation beyond "we were unable to verify your information" — directly contradicting their own records showing prior successful KYC and redemptions.

I cannot access my YottaCash balance or even use purchased tokens I paid real money for. I have received no substantive response despite multiple emails. No terms violation has been cited because none occurred.

The forum posts I found and other Trustpilot reviews show I am far from alone — multiple users report receiving the exact same generic lock message with support going silent. This pattern suggests a systematic practice of locking verified accounts and hoping users walk away from their balances.

I have documented everything and am pursuing all available remedies. If you are considering this platform, be aware that your account can be locked at any time with no explanation and no recourse, even after months of verified activity and successful redemptions.

I joined around December 2025 been playing since and I won about 2000.00 went to cash out I put my ID picture along with my selfie and even had to put my ssi number for something yo do with withdrawing after I done that they locked my account wrote me an email saying that my account would be closed and they couldn't help me with anything or services

Terrible place, I was a fool to even spend $3 just now for $30. My account has been permanently closed, on my initiative. Site keeps closing out during payment, & playing is awful. Might be ok for your typical slot den user, but gamblers, no go. All table games are a joke. In roulette, if the ball doesn't spin 4 rotation, it's an illegitimate spin. Made multiple deposits and always won here and there but never withdrew anything just used it to keep playing, but on the 18th I was able to hit for 2k. They locked and are saying they’re closing my account. Can’t get ahold of them for nothing, piss poor is what they are.

But then they ask for my social security number and soon as I put it to cash out they locked my account and try to say that their was multiple accounts under my social and to contact them. This is one of the biggest scandals in history involving millions of dollars. Just know if you deposit and win and you redeem your winnings. You're never gonna see those money. I redeemed $500 from January 30th 2026 and still haven't received a dime even tho the game has settled the redemption.

As of recently my experience is this. They are good at FIRST, but when I win off a daily bonus, (minimum redemption). THEY CANCELLED IT, and I tried messaging Support. NO RESPONSE FOR THE PAST 3 DAYS. This is infuriating to experience as a customer of this stupid casino. I plan to self exclude from this shit.

If you value your money, stay away. This app was originally advertised as a high-yield savings app that was FDIC insured. However, the reality is much darker. They used a "banking as a service" company (Synapse) which went bankrupt, freezing nearly $100 million of user funds.
I am personally one of the victims, with $12,000 locked in this app for nearly 2 years. While thousands of us fight to get our life savings back, Yotta continues to run like nothing happened and refuses to help us resolving the mess they created. The "safety" they advertised was an illusion.

I made purchases and then when I tried to redeem them, they shut my account down and locked me out of it. They gave me no reason and have not refunded me my money. They’ve ignored multiple requests for a refund. I have $164 just sitting there that is completely inaccessible. Absolutely horrible customer service and scammy behavior.
