Used the knife this morning to dice veg,extremely comfortable grip,sharp as a lance,thank you for the protective sheath I will keep it in it in the drawer so no trips to A andE!!!
Later in the day now,chopping up cooked chicken,cut my left index finger with the heal of the said knife,once I got the bleeding finally stopped I put on the little strange shaped guard which I thought was for the tip! Did it tell me this on the packaging???

Timely delivery of what has proved to be a very useful cheese grater.

It was straightforward to order and the loaf tin arrived very promptly, beautifully made, well packed and I couldn't wait to use it!
Though the tin is marketed as non stick, I did oil and flour the inside as advised by the bread recipe I was following.
The resulting loaf came out so easily and was evenly baked throughout.
I am thrilled with this product and though it was (for me) on the expensive side of what I normally spend on cookware, I think it is excellent value for money and would certainly buy Zyliss in future if I need to replace any baking trays, cake tins etc.

The knife is light and sharp!

As far as I know it was delivered correctly. However, it was bought as a wedding present, it's what they asked for so can't comment on any follow up info.

The grater arrived quickly. and works as expected.

I have lots of Zyliss kitchen items and wouldn't be without them. However the way my order was packaged left a lot to be desired. They just looked as if they had been thrown in.

Amazing customer care. Great, stylish and beautifully made products, quick postage. I would not hesitate to buy again, and have before. Their products are so well made, it is hard to find an excuse to buy replacements!

Loved the ice cream scoop. It worked perfectly and looked amazing too!

Simply a tin-openner that opens tins reliably, and is value for money .

Robust and easy to clean , as well as made from safe materials.

The ferrule on the spatula was not fitted correctly, the handle is too small , therefore ferrule rattles loose

I had a query relating to the delivery of my order. I telephoned three numbers given on the Zyliss UK website and all went to answerphone, repeatedly.

I won't be ordering from Zyliss again.

Après avoir acheté une râpe en aluminium au prix de 200 euros j’ai cherche désespérément mais en vain des tambours complémentaires.

J’ai donc contacté la Société Zyliss à de très très nombreuses reprises sur plusieurs de leurs sites.

Le 04 juillet la société ZYLISS m’envoie ce message :
« Nous serions très heureux de vous garder comme client et vous enverrons gratuitement les 3 articles E900058, E900059, E900060 en guise de compensation ».

J’ai finalement reçu les tambours début août alors que je n’y croyais plus du tout et j’en remercie la Société Zyliss UK pour leur générosité.

Je me permets toutefois de regretter une communication tardive qui a malheureusement pour conséquence le mécontentement de la clientèle et je conseillerais à cette entreprise, qui commercialise par ailleurs des produits d’excellente qualité, de mettre en œuvre un process lui permettant d’améliorer cette lacune.

J’ai modifié mon commentaire et ma note en conséquence de ma propre initiative et sans AUCUNE pression de la part de Zyliss.
