Excellent customer service (Phoebe at Zyliss), I have an easy pull food processor (E910015) which developed a fault 3 years after purchase (pull cord was stuck out), contact customer service (comes with a 5 year warranty) sent a photo of it and receipt, they put a brand new one in the post. No hassle, simple and demonstrates why these are the best ones to buy. I've had others which are a waste of time. The Zyliss easy pull is a few £ more but worth it.

Zyliss have been so helpful when we required a replacement frying pan which has now arrived. It's good to know that Zyliss can be relied on and that they honoured their warranty. Their customer service department kept in contact so that we knew what was going on. We are very happy customers.

Delivered as promissed, good quality nonstick pans.

It was easy to order, the order arrived quickly. The knife looks exactly as advertised, and I like the weight of the handle while cutting vegetables. I will be purchasing a larger knife of the same make soon and perhaps a knife sharpener for longevity.

Very pleased with quality of product

We love the bread knife and chopping board. The knife slices through freshly baked sourdough beautifully, and the chopping board is a great size for everyday use. It is also very easy to clean.

So far so very good. I’ve tried loads of so called “guaranteed no stick pans” but this pan doesn’t have a similar coating but so far no sticking or staining! Long may this continue!

Followed zyliss reply to previous review and sent yet another e mail and still no response.

Had an issue with a frying pan, which they dealt with very quickly sending a replacement

I bought a Zyliss cake pan with a spring. Unfortunately, the spring stopped working. Zyliss was informed and responded in good time. I sent over the photos and Zyliss responded with an exchange for an equally priced item. Which they have honoured and resolved my issue. All credit to Phoebe Frolich, who was always prompt in responding and very courteous and supportive. Happy to have purchased the alternative item from this well known company.

I am now open mouthed in amazement at the simple incompetence of your company. I have already explained that you sent your thing to the wrong address. I obtained an alternative from Amazon in 1 working day. Very good quality. And therefore you owe me £14.50. Quite simply you do not know what you are doing.
